Our daughter was married and had her rehearsal activities in the Forest Park area. This was a central location to everything. Lot's of restoration going on in the neighborhood, but felt safe at all times. Beds were great and the property mgt was really great to deal with at all times. Would stay here again.

Great for large groups
I live in St. Louis, and some family and friends came in from Chicago for a girls weekend. The townhome was perfect for us! We ended up spending most of our time in the right unit, but both were great. We had a little trouble with the back door locks, so we had to use the front entrance most of the time. The parking pad in the back is also used by neighbors sometimes, but the host was very helpful and responsive when I reported this. They also sent someone out ASAP when a ceiling lightbulb was out. The place isn't brand new but it has been updated well and is overall in good shape! The short walk to tons of bars and restaurants was perfect for our group. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Terrible neighborhood, fireworks large drinking in parking in back at night.
Nice enough house, could be cleaner. Sink leaking in one bathroom, refrigerator in another not cooling in top half. Terrible neighborhood. Large group most nights in rental parking spots, very loud, drinking, fireworks, very scary coming in at night.

St Louis reunion weekend
The duplex is conveniently located near many bars and restaurants. The beds were VERY comfortable. The management team was very responsive to our request for more towels.

Architects review renovated residentual units
Our group consisted of five architectural school classmates and spouses who watch way too much HGTV for their own good. A nasty group to stay in a newly renovated historic residential building. Keeping in mind this property is historic, the renovations are very nice and upscale.
Everything worked with the exception of a slow drain in the lavatory at one of the units upstairs bath. The neighborhood is currently experiencing renovations in a few properties. It's an up and coming area that has a nice restaurants and clubs just two blocks away. The property is centrally located and within a ten minute drive to Forest Park, downtown and The Hill.

The kitchen is what made the stay good, had all the comforts of home in the kitchen, very pleased.
Not too happy either the yard appearance, not inviting. No tv’s in the bedrooms, hated that. They have things they need to work on. Had one bedroom door hanging off the hendge, app he couple had to sleep with their door open the entire stay, that was horrible. Needed a few more repairs and better tv programming. It was pretty clean could have been a little cleaner, but over all we had a great time, they went above on kitchen, bathroom and laundry amenities. The price was very reasonable as well.
