The house needs some care

Апартаменты находятся в приятном тихом месте, на текущий момент рядом нет строек. В доме большие окна и хороший вид. У дома есть своя территория. Мы общались с представителями хозяйки, приятные люди, пытались помочь нам в наших невзгодах.

Дому очень не хватает заботы и внимания хозяина. Малыми силами можно значительно улучшить ситуацию. Мы бронировали жилье на 2 ночи, но в доме неуютно, началась плохая погода и не хотелось проводить там время, мы уехали после первой ночи. Подробнее о моментах, которые можно было бы улучшить: – красивая печка, которая привлекла нас на фото, оказалось скорее декоративной, не было дров и нам сказали, что она для красоты 🥲 а мы специально искали дом с печкой или камином. В итоге мы попросили дрова хотя бы для роштиля, потому что поблизости их нигде не купить, нам привезли дрова, спасибо! – система отопления находится внутри дома, она пищит и шумит. Выспаться и отдохнуть в тишине не удалось. – в доме не очень чисто, пыль, паутина. В ящиках крошки, а в духовом шкафу противень с чужими остатками еды. – не работал потолочный светильник в спальне и перестал работать светильник в коридоре. – отвалилась ручка в ванной комнате. – в какой-то момент отключилась вода, мы пытались понять почему, в итоге представитель хозяйки что-то включил в соседнем доме и вода появилась. – красивая веранда полна пауков. На окнах нет сеток от комаров, так что постоянно опасались, что один из пауков заползет внутрь. Всё это вроде бы мелочи, но в общей массе рождают какой-то супер дискомфорт. Постоянно приходилось звонить представителю хозяйки, чтобы решить проблемы с водой, дровами и т.д. Сама хозяйка отвечала с большой задержкой. Я жалею, что выбрала это место для отдыха.

Excellent

The house is very nice, cozy, clean. Location is great, it is a remote place so one can have a good rest from hustle and bustle of big city life. We stayed in the end of February so it was snowing and the whole area looked like a fairy winer tale. However it was very comfortable inside because of floor heating. Hosts were friendly and extremely hospitable.

The house has enough space for a big family. The location is nice though its a km. away from town proper its easy to locate and there's an outdoor playground on the secondary road going inside the property. People who loves to relax and have quite time will enjoy the place. The property has a big backyard my grandsons enjoyed playing😊

It takes a while before the host can answer my queries though maybe there's a delay in receiving the messages . There was no power electricity on our second day, meaning no heater and water to. The entire area where the house is located was affected. Ana informed us it was the whole of Divcibare area but by 1700 electricity will be restored, unfortunately the power electricity was not back by then . We spent the night in a hotel in town instead . I informed Ana about it and requested for a refund and I appreciate her understanding. She return the 1 day accommodation. Thanks Ana! 😊

Super clean, well equiped, beautiful balcony, good heating

Noting to dislike in the house itself. Part of the road to the house is very bad, but its nothing to do about the hosts. Only advice for hosts i can give is: for even better experience to add salt, pepper, some spices and oil as a "welcome package".

Predivna kuca veoma prakticna i dobro opremljena. Savrseno mesto za odmor i opustanje. Drugi put smo dosli a sigurno cemo i treci put.

Stepenice su malo strmije ka gornjoj sobi ali uvek je tu donja soba tako da ne kvari dozivljaj ni malo :)

Vila je veoma udobna, topla i praktična. Okružena prirodom, a izolovana od buke. Uživali smo u boravku i zaista smo se odmorili.
