*Fully Renovated* This two bedroom 1st floor condo has numerous upgrades throughout including reserved parking access to workout center and community pool. TV's in each room and your own private WIFI network. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bath has been updated to a walk in shower. Two additional guests can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there's also brand new appliances, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and dishwasher!

This was a beautiful condo! Very conveniently located, super short distance to the beach and convenience stores. Minor issues- The AC had a little trouble keeping up with this crazy Texas heat and the couch’s pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable, but could work for worn out kiddos. Over all it was a pleasant stay. The decor was cute and beachy, but not tacky or overdone. The inside was clean, and the hosts were very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The condo is in a nice location that is walking distance to the beach. Lots of restaurants are nearby. The beds were comfy, and there is a porch off of the living area that has room for 4 and chairs. No view from the unit, but beach is super close! The owner was very accoommodating and responded quickly when I had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Had the best time at Whitecap Beach all weekend with my kids. This condo was amazing, had all the essentials, everything worked well and updates are awesome! It’s beautiful and it was a slice of beach heaven. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Stay was good. There were a couple of problems when we initially arrived. We informed property owner and she said she had not been aware of them, thanked us for informing her and said she would take care of them immediately. Would have given 5 star for cleanliness, but many of dishes needed to be washed before using.

We loved being so close to the beach and pool. We had some issues with the master shower not draining properly but with guidance from the owner we were able to move the sand so it would drain. It was just a pain to do it for every shower we took. There weren't beach towels but we had brought our own. There weren't any children's books and there was a pack of cards and a puzzle but no other games in the condo. The owner was very responsive and helpful. She was able to get someone to unlock the mop so I could clean the floor after our trips to the beach. Overall we had a blast and would stay here again! I definitely recommend!

We were there for the Sunfest, the weather was not ideal it was raining off and on and it was cooler than expected, but the condo was very comfortable and cozy. Looking forward to our next coast trip and utilizing VRBO to accommodate us

The property is in a great location, close to the beach and places to eat. The only problem with the rooms was the shower in the master bedroom. It had virtually no water pressure. The other shower worked OK. We will come back next year.

We needed beachtime with old friends from San Antonio and Clear Lake. We live in Rio Grande Valley and Corpus Christi area is about same drive time for all 3 couples. Unfortunately the Clear Lake friends couldn’t make it so just 4 of us. The condo 153 was above our expectations. Just add some provisions and we could have moved in for a year. Compliment of kitchenware, small appliances, etc. We felt like we were at home or better. Condo, pool, grounds and short walk tothe beach were perfect.

The property was very clean and cozy, like a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, blankets and everything we needed. The host was very responsive and even had the cleaning team look for an item that got left behind.

This was the perfect property for my wife & 2 kids along with our friends and their 2 kids. Each family had their own room and bathroom, and the condo had all the kitchenware we needed to eat our supper when we were not at the beach. The pool was fun and relaxing. We even went to the pond and caught a few fish which the kids really enjoyed. I would recommend this condo for a small family/friends get together.

Great place to stay. May stay there next July. Only problem was with the tvs. We couldn’t figure out how to use remotes, especially Spectrum. We did figure out the tv remotes, but it was difficult for us. A guide would have been helpful for us. Otherwise had a great stay.

Place was very clean, AC worked great, great pots/pans/plates/cups etc in kitchen. Beds were cozy! We didn’t try the sleeper sofa. It only took me a day to realize that although the microwave above stove doesn’t work, the one under my charging phone worked :). Location was wonderful. Recommend La Palma for breakfast! Didn’t have beach towels so be sure to bring some.

Great property blocks from the beach. The condo was recently updated and is very comfortable. Cleanliness got 4 stars because the ned skirts are very dirty and obviously never cleaned. Many pillow cases were stained as well. The units AC condenser drains into the bathtub from the ceiling leaving rust marks on the tub. Kids were a little freaked out about this, but no big deal. The overall property is a little dated, especially the pool area.

This condo was nicely decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. My sister and I loved the heated jacuzzi at the pool area after a full day of shopping. Though the condo and property were perfect, Padre Island let us down with seaweed everywhere and dunes covered in tall sand grass. Nothing they could do about that. The Nature Center said the entire island was covered. In any case, we had a great time!

We had a wonderful family get away with our three little boys (6 and under). Very easy walk to the beach and the pool onsite was great too. The condo had everything we needed and we loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. With young boys, it was really great to have some plastic dish and bowl options too! The check-in process was very easy and the host was very responsive to my questions before we arrived. The location can't be beat as well, very close to restaurants and a local grocery store. We will definitely come back and stay again.

We enjoyed this stay on the island and about 1 block from Whitecap Beach. Community felt safe and location was convenient to shopping and the various beaches. The stay was clean. The pool was heated, and we enjoyed it despite some sand and debris. The hot tub was nice. We loved having washer and dryer in the unit, you really have to at the beach. There was plenty of room in the closets and dressers to put our things. There was no real noise from neighbors or traffic. We loved that there was no carpet, so sand and wet things from the beach wasn’t a problem. The only real negative to the stay was that the laundry room doors were broken and wouldn’t stay closed (so wide open into the kitchen). We would stay here again.

The condo was clean, nicely furnished, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, the pool and spa area was clean. Short walk to beach. I did think check out time was a bit early. The hot water heater was small. Hardly had enough hot water for 2 people to take a shower.

Marie was wonderful from the beginning. The property was clean and so well appointed. All we needed was there for us! It was perfect for my daughter and friend and I and we loved being so close to the beach. Access to everything was easy, and the pool was a sweet change from the salt water. When we get to come back to the area, I will be seeking Marie out again to stay with her! Great experience!!!

Great place to stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and took just a few minutes in the car. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had coffee pods for us.
