Great place for relaxation and close proximity to SPI. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the pool and hot tub, especially in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout gives everyone the space they need. We enjoyed the neighborhood and golfed several times at the golf club that was about 2 minutes away. South Padre Island and Port Isabel were easily accessible. Our favorite part of our stay was the pool. With 4 and 6 year olds it was just the right size and depth. We have stayed at many homes with pools, but this one was heated perfectly. The spa was warm and wonderful. Our weather was cloudy and rainy most of the week. However, we made the most of it and jumped into the pool even while it rained.

My sisters and I stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and we were very comfortable. Steven was great to work with and took care of a problem we had immediately. Hope we can stay there again soon.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks here and the house is very comfortable. The master closet and bath were perfect for a long stay with plenty of room including 2 sinks. The main area is quite comfortable and the pool and hot tub area were perfect to see sunrises and sunsets. The house manager, Steve, was great. We had one minor issue when we first got there and he fixed it immediately. He was as responsive as anyone we have experienced. The community is great for golf, pickleball and walking. We would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here over 3 weeks and loved it. The house is top notch. There is plenty more of room with a great shower and large walk in closet. The living room and kitchen worked great. The patio, pool and hot tub were very nice with good sunrise and sunset views. The neighborhood is nice for golfers and a good place to walk. The property manager (Steve) was extremely responsive. We did not need much but had a small annoyance with an item and Steve got it fixed right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a week with our family, 4 adults and 2 littles. The heated pool was great, we spent a lot of time in the pool. The only downfall to the pool area was the uneven decking (definitely a trip hazard, even when walking). The location of the property was good for day trips to the island and surrounding communities. Definitely a safe location.
The kitchen was very nice, could have used a few more little amenities to make the stay a little easier when cooking in (i.e. plastic wrap, foil, chip clips, pitcher, pizza cutter). Only other suggestion would be a map of the golf complex to better understand where the community pools and fitness center were located. Oh, and get a plumber to check out that clunking sound in the master bathroom.

We loved our stay here! The house is in an upscale neighborhood. You aren't going to find loud parties in this hood as everyone is well-to-do and retired or darn close to it. Security patrols the streets regularly and half of the residents drive around in golf carts. There is a helipad at the golf course if that helps you get better perspective.
The house is exactly as described and the pictures are very accurate. We loved the spa and pool. One of the reasons we chose this place was because they allowed our 2 large dogs. The home and yard are well equipped to handle dogs and this just made everything easier. We are always grateful to find a host that is set-up for that. This place did a wonderful job in thinking of pets. You share fences on the right and left sides, one of which is also a vacation rental, so great for large groups or 2 families. However, you don't share a fence to the back. The home backs to a creek or canal and the back neighbors are set a good distance off. This arrangement really adds to the privacy and ambiance.
The golf course is on the same street and a very short ride to get to it. There is a bar that is open to all and the food is really great. You are not far from the beach at S. Padre. Overall, it is really a great location. You are in a super quiet and safe neighborhood and close enough to the downtown and beach areas. Getting around quickly is rather easy.
But back to the actual house. LOVED it!! Modern appliances, furniture, and electronics. The master bedroom is a nice size with a large shower. The guest rooms are also sized nicely and the shower is on the larger size for a second shower. Granite throughout and pebble shower floors.
Hanging out in the backyard was perfect for getting sun and enjoying the pool. We ended each night in the spa. The neighborhood is a quiet one by design. They don't allow noise after 10pm. This was a major draw for us. It IS very quiet and we appreciated that.
Couches and bed were very comfortable. We like firm mattresses and this was well to our liking. The extra large flat-screen in the main area was great and easy for anyone to see no matter where you were sitting. Open floor-plan was great. Found it to be very clean.
We personally found Steve to be very helpful and really cool. This will be our go-to anytime we come to the area.

Master bedroom had a leak that went all day and night making it hard to sleep. One of the other bedrooms had a loose lamp over the bed which fell and hit my mother on her head. It was things that we could have worked around but when my brother came over to drop off the cooler we’d left at the beach the day before, this man started calling us accusing us of having a party and threatening us. I tried explaining the situation to him to no avail. I terminated the call and this man kept calling me and harassed us for the rest of the evening, even after my brother had left. Ruined our experience and will never book with this crazy person again. Please read the reviews and beware of this terrible owner. I have pictures and videos to prove the terrible experience with this owner.

The pictures were just like the house. The pool was the perfect size for a party of 6. The A/C was great, the neighborhood was amazing and safe. Very quiet at night and a close drive to the Island and to food or store choices. It’s our preferred choice to stay in the valley.

Mini paradise!
Newer build home, well accommodated, in a peaceful community. The pool was perfect!
Family members only complaint was that the beds were on the firm side.

Great choice!
Made a very good choice booking this home. Clean, open and overall a great place to relax away from the island, but close enough to visit daily. Two things put a damper on our trip. 1. Could not get TV’s to work 1st day due to multiple remotes /instructions. 2. Baby crabs in pool, spent too much time getting them out in order to enjoy the pool. Still enjoyed the trip and would definitely consider booking again, sans crabs! Thank you

The code to the door does not work until 3 and at 9:45am the house cleaners were parked out front waiting on us to leave. No big deal, just make sure to plan around it.

2) Tile floor: Everywhere you look the tile was uneven, missing grout, or had thinset oozing up through the grout joints!
3) Toilet paper holders and towel bars were all loose
4) The plumbing vents would repeatedly make a popping sound from the sinks in the bathrooms creating panic in the middle of the night thinking someone had broke in!
5)Master Bedroom Matress was old, uncomfortable, and squeaked something awful! Those things fixed - it may get 4 stars.
Kids loved the pool and hot tub!

We will continue to rent this unit until our house is built as we bought land this time. Very clean unit has everything you need, beds are comfortable. Love the back yard very peaceful, we took our dog this time and he enjoyed having the back yard. Don’t have any reservations about renting the unit, can’t go wrong

Booked this as as short trip for the Thanksgiving holidays. Communication was great and the house was as advertised. Really nicely done with a heated pool and spa. Only a few miles away from all the stores and restaurants and about a 12-15 minute ride to the beach. Neighborhood is a gated community with additional amenities but we were at the beach or the pool the whole time so we didn't use them. Only note I would send is the community observes quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., which was fine for us because our kids are in bed by then, but if your group skews a bit older and is looking for a night cap in the hot tub at the end of a day at the beach, I would take that into consideration when cooking. Otherwise, very pleased with our stay and would book again!
