Will not return unless I'm desperate.

The room was big, with good facilities (the steam iron in the room malfunctioned, but the staff quickly sent a replacement upon request). Some of the staffs were helpful, which my husband and I truly appreciated. There were some eateries within walking distance during our stay.

The room was dark. Only one mirror inside the bathroom; none in the room. We requested to check-out five minutes after Zuhur time (1:15 p.m. during our stay), but the staff was very strict, so we could only stay until 1 p.m. which was not a problem because she said there was a surau near the lobby. The surau turned out to be a rundown space at the parking lot. The 3-star hotel we stayed at in Singapore even allowed us to pray Zuhur first (the same prayer time as previously mentioned); the receptionist was a nice Indian man (yes, not even a Muslim). So did a 4-star hotel in Pahang. Therefore, it would be nice to extend the late check-out time during non-peak period to allow for prayer if the prayer time is early, unless you have a good little surau at the hotel for guests' usage.

Just normal boutique hotel

Good location and easy access.

The toilet which a big step higher than the floor. Old folks had difficulty to use. Lighting in the room can be slightly brighter is better.

Superb, will definitely come back! Room is very cozy, spacious and comfortable.

Great location, we can walk to aeon mall next door. Parking is plenty. The room is spacious and cozy, the bed and pillows are amazing. Looks clean and well maintained, the staffs are great too.

Not much sound proofing, bring along your ear plug if you are a light sleeper. Can’t access the gym somehow, not sure why, didn’t ask the staffs.

Location ,decor was modern ,staff very friendly and helpful...overall very good 💯 I really appreciated the complementary high tea on arrival and a voucher and T shirt on check out .Thank you .

Only request is add a mirror in the bedroom and brighter lights as there is not enough natural light then it would be perfect .

It was not an okay stay.

I like that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

They had live band playing very close to the rooms my family were staying and it ran until close to midnight. The rooms were not soundproof and it was very noisy. One of the shower area's drainage was clogged up and bathroom were a bit stinky. Complained to the staff but only got an apology.

Just love the place

This hotel has always been my favorite place to stay. The bed, the toilet, the room everything to my liking. Overall am very happy to stay here.

Retreat to Ipoh

Cozy, near the amenities and shopping mall

The bathroom water trap is horrible, bath water wont flow into the water trap immediately, flooded the whole bathroom floor and it is pointless to have a dry and wet bathroom.

Different sort of stay but nice experience

It was a very “business hotel”. Small utilitarian room, but comfortable bed. Gym was new, there was a lounge bar that had live performance. Very different vibe totally. Luckily we have a good position of the room which did not have any noisy machines or had noise from the live singing

The shower did not have a proper drainage as the construction of the bathroom did not take into consideration a recessed area. This led to leaking of water out to toilet while bathing.

Сначала поселили в стандартный номер, но ресторан снизу своими песнями мешал спать до полуночи. Попросили пересилить -дали номер больше, лучше и в тихом месте. Кроме завтраков- вам дадут ещё талончик на чаяпитие с пирожными, это приятно. Есть очень душный зал) Очень большая кровать

Пишут,что оплата на месте, но деньги снимают заранее до того как вы въехали. Мы хотели заплатить наличкой, но у нас уже давно списали деньги.

Not worth for the money.

Staff is very friendly.

the room is small, basically u may just stay on the bed when you are in the room. the room with Window but when open the window is public walkway. The room is located beside the walk way, (public walk way) cleaner doing cleaning early in the morning and people walk by and this make us not comfortable.

Very good

We stayed for 2 nights here. Staff were friendly, our room was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed during our stay and a firm mattress. Breakfast and High tea were included and we enjoyed both. Had a pleasant evening with drinks in their lounge/bar. Good selection of restaurants and Kinta City Mall just next door. We had a delicious dinner at Dozo Japanese Restaurant which is next door to the hotel. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was so good! We were given welcoming drink upon early check-in, they provide us with complimentary hi tea which was delicious. Room is spacious, also located nearby to many local eateries, breakfast buffet not so much but wasn’t that bad either, probably just lack of choice but they serve everything right. staffs were also super friendly and nice, parking was easy probably bcs its weekdays, but they do have parking for guests. I need to know what kind of hotel pillow they used it was super comfortable
