Detached Guest Room has a Queen Size Bed, Bathroom (with shower only) and TV with Cable. The main house includes a living room with large TV, DVD player, and VCR. Dining Area with seating for 4 people. Kitchen with breakfast bar (there is no dishwasher), Keurig coffee maker (old school coffee-by-the-pot maker in a cupboard). Primary bedroom with a king size bed. Second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Large Deck with patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

I would recommend this rental to anyone interested in visiting Pismo beach, just 3 blocks from beach and easy access to restaurants, stores and just a mile or 2 to the highway. That being said the street was pretty busy on weekend nights. Clean, all the amenities, pet friendly and nothing fancy but comfortable and well maintained. My only complaint would be none of the 3 TVs worked properly.

Bathroom is very small and old. Garbage disposal is Inoperative. Ants invaded us regularly. We did not use the attached bedroom that had a updated Bathroom. Surrounding lawn is about 60% dead. But the absolute great location made up for of the short comings.

This is my second time staying in this house. My dog got so excited when we pulled up because she knew of the good times we are about to have. She got to go to the beach twice a day because it’s such an easy walk. And the convenience of the back yard can not be beat. The house itself is charming and has everything you need!

Over all clean. Ironing stuff needed attention and fans very dirty. Ant traps need replaced. Beds very comfortable and linens clean and plenty. The extra bedroom in back was stand alone seperate from main house. For our party this was not covenient but for others might be perfect. Staff was very responsive. Very close to beach. Thanks.

It was just perfect! Great location and the added bonus of two off street parking spots is huge. No worrying about parking here. Also by far the most well stocked rental we have had the pleasure of staying at from kitchen accessories to bedding it would be hard to want for anything! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Was a nice size. Could be a little cleaner but ended up perfect as 6 of us attended my daughters wedding

Had some hiccups upon check in but property management was very responsive. We enjoyed the house and the ability to have our adult children and dogs join us. Plenty of room for everyone and the “granny quarters” in the back provided privacy and space for our kids. The carpets should be removed due to wear and musty smell. Parking on site and minutes walk to downtown and beach was a huge plus!

Cute, older beach home! Plenty of space to gather with family in the living room and deck outside. This was a great location for walking to the pier and dining options.

Inside of property & backyard were not cleaned to what I expected. Dirty floors, windows, animal hair on couch and floors. Pans in cupboard dirty, refigerator gross, mop & broom not fit to use. Transition from house to outside room to high, were suppose to be fans in rooms, only 2 and they were disgustingly dirty. Back yard was full of rotten oranges and trash. How size the size I expected and bed were fine.

Property is located in a great central location. We were minutes walk from the beach and restaurants as well as a short drive to a wedding venue we were attending
Check in was simple and accommodating. The house was perfect for six people with a small granny unit for two of the guests. There was a welcome coffee setup and plenty of dishes and utensils for our needs
There is a table and chairs in the backyard for morning breakfast as well as evening happy hour.

Nice older home in town. We almost got used to traffic and garbage truck. We got to walk to beach each day, that was our goal. The home was clean, just a few stains on carpets and coach. We enjoyed the kitchen and made some good dinners, we had a nice birthday dinner for our son. My chore was washing dishes, had a good selection of utensils, but no dish washer. Check in and check out was easy, very nice service.

The property and cleanliness was fantastic. We couldn't ask for a better location. Open the front door, and a short walk takes you to the beach, shopping, entertainment and everything. We will be back again.The furniture was worn out. There was plenty of it. We had guests and there was plenty of seating and space. The back patio is beautiful but the furniture was wet the whole time. It would be nice to have directions for the tvs.

The house was a little stuffy at first but we opened all of the windows and it cooled down in a few hours. The house was in a perfect location, close to restaurants and the beach. I would recommend more fans to help with circulation. Other than that we would definitely stay again, next time we are in Pismo Beach.

The rental agents were very accommodating and pleasant. I assume no one has actually inspected this place for a long time. Short term renters probably wouldn't notice the dirty floors, extremely dirty blinds, and all of the old TV, VCR, Rugs, dried flowers, items under the bed that are stored there. The couch pillows are torn, chair dirty, and carpets very stained. Barbque not cleaned. Kitchen cabinets, counter and coffee table extremely dirty. Kitchen floor dirty by stove. . The location is great and the house very spacious.

This home is nice for family and we appreciated the privacy of the garage room in the back. Attention is needed to the loose threshold at the garage room and there was one other thing, but I've forgotten. There were no coffee filters, but I left some. And a dishwasher would have been nice, but there was none. There is one busy street that has to be crossed to get to the beach and no light. The gas grilled worked well. It was sort of noisy at night with club crawlers on the street at 2AM.

This cottage home worked really well for our stay with 2 small dogs. I was specifically looking for a place that had outdoor access for them. There was a pet application and substantial fee. We didn’t use the detached room w en-suite bathroom but Is a nice option if your traveling with another couple. I did a grocery run 1 highway exit over. And made good use of the kitchen. The kitchen had just about everything. I did not use the washer and dryer. The TVs in the living room and primary bedroom have cable no premium channels.There are just a few minor things to note. The carpet in the bedrooms appears to be old had a bit of a musty odor. The bathroom is narrow and from the window the toilet, sink and shower are visible. The window covering is completely torn which was a privacy issue. Also one set of living room blinds was broken. I informed the property management company but they were unable to resolve these 2 things during my 4 day stay. They were working on it.The house is only a few blocks from the pier. There are 2 great restaurants kitty corner to the house: Rosa’s Italian and Ada’s. There are many within walking distance.I will consider staying here in the future.

This property would be very nice except it is right next door to a very large construction project. 4 two story townhouse buildings in the framing stage. The noise continued throughout the five days we stayed including the holiday weekend. We were not informed prior to making our reservation but the management company apologized and gave us a discount. There were other maintenance issues that we shared with them. The place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 adults and one toddler. Great for our dog too. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Surfing and bike riding was fun. Want to try kayaking next time.

We stayed in this bungalow just blocks from the beach for 10 days in August. Our adult children were able to join us on the weekends. We visited with cousins and family that live nearby. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go. It was restful and relaxing!
