Disappointed

Clean with comfortable beds. Lovely helpful staff

Noisy, few amenities, not even coffee or tea in the room which I need to get functional in the morning. Everything was very sparse. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I’d say the best hotel we’ve stayed at when out on business.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. And the bed was very comfortable—they aren’t in many other hotels! Thank you for an excellent room and excellent staff at a great price!

Horrifying!

Great hotel, clean rooms, good location.

I'm not sure if this is an Avid hotel issue or a booking.com issue but when a customer books the rooms in March and requests that the two rooms be adjoining they should arrive 6 months later and have two adjoining rooms! My room was down the hall from the 82 yr old man I care for! I was told that's the best they could do?! He fell in the night and was badly injured!

ONE NIGHT TRAVEL STAY.

Clean and new place and bed was OK. A little hard.

Breakfast was just ok. Jimmy Dean sausage sand and a little Veggie Omelet were both just wrapped in special paper, like you would get at a Quik Shop. Very average. Other items were cereal, bagel, English Muffin, hard boiled egg and apples, green bananas. Coffee was good but no real HALF n HALF. LOTS of fake Coffee Mate pump stuff. Felt like a bad version of Quik Trip.

AC broken room 403. Everything else was good.

Very clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking, and receptionist was friendly.

Our AC didn't work/was EXTREMELY loud. We couldn't sleep with it on and woke up sweating at 4 AM. I notified front desk about the AC about 30 minutes into check in (7:30 pm).We left AC on 60 degrees while we went to eat for about 2 hours and the room was still hot. Front desk said they were booked up so there were no other rooms for us to move to, I asked her for a fan and she checked for one but didn't have one. She advised me her manager wouldn't be in until 11PM and there were no maintenance workers on site at this time. I understood it wasn't her fault but kind of shocked we weren't offered a discount or anything due to inconvenience. We ended up having to leave our hotel room door open to let the hallway air cool our room (opened it at 4:30 AM and couldn't sleep well knowing our door was open). Everything else was great. It just really sucked to not sleep well/sweating.

we arived and found the room we booked and paid for they did not have the room and put us in a standard room with two beds. would not give us a refund said that i would have to call booking to get the money back.

Won't recommend.

Location is good, clean, and the building seems to be new. Also the staff is very friendly.

Surprisingly you barely hear the noise from the highway, however, the walls are too thin, so you will hear everything from the other guests. And because it's also a hard floor, you will also hear every single foot steps from the guests above you. Also, don't get to excited about the breakfast.

Not very quiet...

The price was good. The people were GREAT! Very clean rooms. New hotel.

I told the front desk about a problem with the lock. They had all day to repair it. They did nothing to fix it and the problem was still there when re turned that night. They ended up moving us to another room after they couldn't fix it after an hour. Also, the soundproofing is not very good. We could hear the footsteps from the floor above and all the sound from outside. You would think being a new build hotel that soundproofing would be a thing, but it is not. Get the 4th floor to get the best soundproofing - that way you only have traffic noise and not the noise of your neighbors above you.

the property is located right off the highway. the colors of the building are very attractive. Front desk staff was very welcoming (friendly) The overall design of the property felt fresh and new and efficient.

Very comfy and quiet for a great price--would stay again!

Very comfy bed and quiet room, and the breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts we have had. The water bottle refill station was also nice.

A coffee pot in the room might have been nice.
