Butlers Lodge is a lovely cottage nestled in Calwich, near Mayfield and Ashbourne. Hosting four double bedrooms, two with their own en-suites, together sleeping a total of eight guests. The property also benefits from a family bathroom and shower room. Completing the interior is a fitted kitchen, utility, dining room with a woodburning stove and sitting room. Outside provides its own patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking. Butlers Lodge is a charming base for families seeking a peaceful location.
Amenities: Oil underfloor heating with two woodburning stoves. Electric AGA oven microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. High chair and travel cot. Private driveway parking for 5 cars. Patio area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 2 miles and pub 1.1 miles. Please Note: From the 28th of December 2024, Butlers Lodge will accept up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
