Beautiful house, salt water pool was amazing. 10 mins from Coquina beaches & AMI. Amazing trip. Any issues were communicated with property manager and were responded to quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back! Caught several mangrove snapper off the dock, had fun in the pool, and loved how close we were to Anna Maria. The house was very clean as well.

Nice layout and design of house. Tasteful decor. Nice modern appliances. Great views of the canal. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful to have a pool for our own use that was screened in. All of this made for a relaxing trip. Only problem was the clarity of the pool water and only one dim pool light, so not great for night swimming. Bruce was quick to respond/address pool concerns.

We come here every year. This is been our third year and we’re already getting ready to book for next year. The place looks just like the pictures. The boatlift is awesome because we bring our boat and the fishing is great. Kim Surratt

House is immaculate and in a great location. Walmart is 3.5 miles away, with beaches around the corner. I should my friend the property via FaceTime and he was interested.

Perfect spot, close to everything by car, big canal for boating, pool was awesome! 5 stars!

First I will say that the house was beautiful and the space was perfect for us. However, when we arrived on Sunday, the pool was completely GREEN. The owners apologized and kept telling us they were fixing it and we would be able to swim the next day….that kept happening until THE THIRD DAY OF OUR VACATION. So we only got use of the pool for half of our stay. That was a huge disappointment as we come to this area every year for vacation and was looking for the perfect place to return to. The owners never offered to compensate our inconvenience.

We bring our boat use the lift caught lots of fish went swimming in the lovely pool and watched the sunset this is our new home away from home already booking for next year . It has everything you need from home and more. Very very clean up to date and beautiful and I would recommend this place for anybody five stars if I could I’d give it 10.

The property was perfectly located on the canal we went paddle boarding and was able to watch the other neighbors go boating and kayaking. The property was perfect the pool was nice getting into every day. The Host was very responsive to any questions that we had house was well stocked with linens and dishes, etc. if the opportunity presents itself we would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for us & accommodated our kids & grandkids nicely when they came to visit. Plenty of of towels & bedding. House was roomy & very comfortable. Couldn’t give it 5 stars, however, due to an issue with the pool. We were not able to really enjoy it for much of the time we were there which was disappointing to our guests especially. Bruce was always very prompt in replying and did try to get it resolved. We did appreciate all the communication from him.

This house was exactly as advertised. It was a beautiful house with a nice pool. It was clean and was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed our stay!!

Property is in a great location on a canal and off the main drive in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool and the canal views. If you have a boat, location is near the Mouth of the canal so it’s a quick trip to open water. Enjoyed watching the dolphins swim past. House has an open layout with the kitchen and living room combined and a dining room off the living room/kitchen. Kitchen had all the basics for cooking and a nice stove, fridge and dishwasher. They were out of dishwasher soap so had to get that ourselves. Bed was comfortable but one suggestion would be to put some lamps on bedside tables to allow for reading in bed. Shower had good pressure which is important to me. Owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. I would 100% stay here again. Enjoyed the stay.

The home was perfect. Enjoyed the ease of having our boat right in the back to use whenever we wanted. Never was able to use the pool because of cool temperatures. Highly recommend staying at this home, we will most likely be back next year.
