Brand new quaint cottage on a 103 acre private setting with all the amenities you will need. Full modern kitchen, rustic decor, open design floor plan with gas fireplace with great views of the 7 acre lake and the abundant wildlife. Two private decks with one having a lake view and the other overlooking the rear yard. Grill and outdoor fire pit to roast those marshmallows under the stars. Three miles of paved walking trails wind through the property. Close to Redbank Valley Rails to Trails and also Kayaking on the Redbank Creek. Amazing trails, awesome wildlife viewing on trails in comparison to public trails. Super well maintained and pedicured property without taking away from the fields and wooded areas. The cabin is a short walk to the lake, and watching the fireflies in the evenings was amazing. Was looking forward to star gazing but it was pretty cloudy, I assume it would be phenomenal!

This was a beautiful property! Living area was immaculately clean, high quality appliances, countertops, woodwork, and flooring. Beautiful setting. We enjoyed the pond and paddle boat (catch and release fishing). Took walks along the paved hiking paths. We also traveled the countryside and found fresh strawberries, jams, sauces, breads, and Amish baked goods. Host was very attentive when needed, but did not bother us during our stay. Wines available for purchase on site. Note to guests: this is in a rural community and we recommend planning on preparing your own meals on site as we did. However, there is a great small pizza shop nearby, Mama Rita's (about a 15-20 min drive). The kitchen supplies (utensils, pots, pans, etc.) were well stocked and nice quality. We had everything we needed for cooking. Also enjoyed the outdoor grill. The living quarter is above a garage, so there are 16 steps to get up to the room. I would not recommend this location for anyone that has difficulty with walking/steps. But if you are able, we highly recommend talking the hike around in the woods and up the hillside to see the view of the property. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely look to stay here again.

Great getaway for the extended weekend to relax and recharge. Beautiful property. Loved the trails and the views. Went out nearby to scripture rocks and beat town rocks. Nice little hikes. Highly recommend this place for those who want to getaway.

We only spent one at this property but is was a very nice stay. The photos are a good representation of the property. We enjoyed walking on the trails around the house and sitting by a campfire in the evening.

This a perfect spot to connect with nature and bask in beautiful views! I needed a place for solitude and reflection and this property hit the mark. It was clean, well cared for, and the owners have such a gift of hospitality! Every detail was just so thoughtfully planned out by them. The private hiking trails were such a bonus! I will definitely be back! Thank you again.

I can’t wait to come back next year! The cabin is gorgeous and secluded which I enjoyed. All the details were left in a binder so I didn’t need to ask any questions. I took full advantage of the fire pit but on the rainy days I was grateful for the Wi-Fi service. And don’t forget the view of the lake, absolutely stunning!

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at one of the most amazing places! We had the opportunity to swim, fish, kayak and paddle boat at a lake right on the property within walk distance of the house we stayed at. Around the whole property there were many beautiful trails that were great to get some exercise in and also to enjoy the local wildlife and scenery. Words cannot express the great craftsmanship and care that went into this house. Tim truly provides anything you could need. Highly recommend also trying his delicious wine. His dog Dakota also came down to visit us for about 15 minutes when we built a fire out back and he is one of the friendliest dogs we have ever met. Truly a memorable stay and we will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!!!

This is a beautiful place, and to call it a cabin doesn't do it full justice. We had a fabulous and relaxing weekend - just what we wanted. Tim and Jennifer are fantastic hosts, and quick to respond for any reach out. The wine is great, and the muffins are phenomenal. Thank you for allowing us to spend a small amount of time in such a wonderful location and setting. We hope to be back again in the future! If you are considering their place, you most assuredly won't be disappointed.

Hospitality is a well known word for the hosts. Blueberry muffins waiting for our arrival in the refrigerator, bikes and paddle boat to use at our leisure and paved walking paths perfect for a beautiful view of the property. My fiancé and I agreed it was the most accommodating stay we've ever had the pleasure to experience.

What an incredible couple of days to pause and rest. We are a ministry couple so having a chance to pause and rest for a couple of days was amazing. The cottage was incredible. It felt like we were pampered from the moment we stepped in. The walking trails were serene. My favorite part was pausing enough to notice the wind blowing through the wheat grass like waves in an ocean. The sound of the birds were so peaceful thank you so much for a great couple of days.

Honestly, the place is more beautiful than the pictures show. Super clean with everything you could possibly need for a vacation or weekend getaway. One of the best properties we have ever rented on VRBO. I would like to come back during the warmer months, as they also provide kayaks, etc. We loved EVERYTHING!!

This place is a gem. It is located quietly on a large field. The owner has great taste of interior decoration. A super retreat from city life. Although I am not a real wine taster, but I really enjoyed the wine from Tim’s winery. Will return without hesitation, hopefully in summer. Thanks Tim.

The cottage was very well stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and everything is top of the line. Trails and the lake are very nice. Even caught several bass. Sitting area is fantastic with leather recliners.

We loved our stay so much. My husband and I got away for the weekend and enjoyed the beautiful scenery, trails, and lake. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck. We would ride the bikes to the lake and took the paddle boat out. We grilled out and enjoyed their delicious wine. We were only 20 minutes away from Punxsutawney and I got to see Punxsutawney Phil!! I give the stay a 10 out of 10!
