It is a fantastic place to stay in, and we are happy to be repeat customers.

The location was amazing. Super close to stores yet feels secluded enough to make you feel like you are far away from the hustle and bustles. The entire place was awesome. Being able to access the garage is a nice bonus.

How steep the driveway is. A loaded minivan/sedan, or any sports car will be scraping up their car going up the driveway. Now if you have a truck or an SUV, then you need to make sure you don't have any roof-mounted racks or storage otherwise you will damage those or the garage door if you choose to park inside. So just be careful with it.

Comfortable place, soft beds and the grandkids really liked the bunk beds

Very quite, it was easy to get sleep. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. They had maps and brochures of what to do in Flagstaff. The railing to go upstairs to the first landing was solid, Haven’t seen one like it ever.

Sorry, just didn’t have anything we didn’t like. It rained on us, but unless they control the weather, can’t really blame them for that. Being from Las Vegas it was kinda nice, the rain.

This house is lovely and conveniently located but inadequately heated for a winter stay.

Cute house in quiet neighborhood with comforts like warm throws and hot chocolate. Large functional kitchen.

The house was glacially cold and slow to warm up. We cooked and ate dinner in parkas. The energy-saving heating system took hours to take effect. The “trick” hot water shower control prevented my husband from showering. I would have given this house a much higher rating if our visit had been in the summer, but being so cold was miserable.

Very clean, roomy, had a lot of stuff in the kitchen to use, great location it was close to everything and very quiet neighborhood

No breakfast included. House nice, kitchen well stocked.

driveway very difficult, steep slope. Steps needed a handrail on second level. Garage also needed a handrail down steps. Baseboards in first floor bathroom very dirty. No icemaker, which is ok, but needed ice cube trays to make our own, instead we bought a bag of ice. No coffemaker, only Keurig, which is not convenient for 3 people.

Would stay again, but could have been cleaner

Property is located in a quiet area of town not far from local restaurants and shopping. Lots of amenities as well which was nice. Even little things like the type of ceiling fan selected for the guest rooms with bunk beds was noted as it kept my son safe without needing to worry about his forehead meeting a fan blade.

While it wasn’t an issue, the location isn’t really walking distance to most of the restaurants and shopping. Also, we noticed that it didn’t look like the floors had been thoroughly mopped so we had to mop those ourselves. We also noticed dust and a fair number of cobwebs in some of the less common surfaces such as between the railings of the stairs, light fixtures, etc..
