The place is very bad, broken furniture, dirty room, bad smell every thing is bad and the price is 650SAR!!!! بصراحة اسوأ مكان أضطررت على التواجد به بحياتي للاسف الغرفة اسوأ ما يمكن من اثاث قديم ومتهالك الى فرش وسخ الى بلاط مكسر تحت السجاد والحمام لا يمكن استخدامه للاسف كان وقت اجازات ولم اجد غير هذه الغرفة بقيت طول الليل بدون نوم وانتظرت شروق الشمس حتى انزل السيارة وانام بعض الوقت تجربة لن تتكرر وصور بوكينج غير حقيقية لن اسامحهم على هذا الغش

Better than expected

It was a lot bigger than I expected. Lovely spacious accomodation and very affordable!

No hot water in our shower but that’s ok, great place otherwise

It is spacious and the one and only one staff goes extra mile to help . He work hard

A) such a big and price hotel doesn’t provide a simple soap. That was not right . I took shower with out soap . B) the hotel has a set of tea pot and cups but no tea bag and sugar. I found this very strange. Do they want the costumer to buy box of tea bag and kilo of sugar for two or three night stay C) the owner or the manager was not available for complaint. The poor receptionist was every thing .

It was terrible, disgusting and dirty. We had to cancel and leave the property. bedsheets not changed, bugs in the bathroom, a terrible smell across the apartment.

We booked a tour with this hotel in english only to find that the tour guide did not speak english and used a translation app on his phone. The tour was disorganised and a total rip-off. The apartment was dirty & old. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location.

worth it you wont regret staying here

i liked how organized and clean and not crowded very easy access to the property and the streets are spacious to park the car friendly guard for the property very helpful person even gave us a box of water for free very close to main street and to fuel pumps and grocery stores and pharmacies

no cleaning services I honestly didn’t except cleaning services considering the type of accommodations

The guy is good，our car types have some problem he ask some help with his friend who can speak English. The guy guide us to repairing shop and help us check and free. We have a nice day.

never again

large spacious room. easy outside parking. arrived late 10pm and there was someone to greet us. lots of free water, and had a small fridge to use.

smelled of smoke. Crawling ants everywhere. broken window in toilet around fan. toilet smelled of bad sewage. bed was very old and had major dip in it. lights didn’t all work and some had no light bulbs. very difficult to open window for fresh air. vastly overpriced (USD$200 per night). Neighbor’s above us was noise (poor insulation of floorboards).

The flat is so spacious, good enough to accomodate 10 persons. The location is accessible to all main points to visit in Al Ula. Excellent choice for visitors who want to explore the place. Thank you so much.
