We have it all!!!! Come Relax and enjoy this stunning 3-bedroom 2 Bathroom Home nestled in Ormond Beach. Just two blocks of a straight walk away to enjoy the sunrise on the beach then paddle the day away with the inflatable paddle board. Stunning sunsets on the river, where you can fish or enjoy the inflatable kayak while watching the dolphins enjoy their evening swim. This pool home is unmatched with real wood flooring, generous space and tastefully decorated with granite counters, porcelain tile, high-end stainless-steel appliances, designer bathrooms, Louver coastal shutters, the list goes on. Highspeed Wireless internet & smart TV'S so you will never miss a moment. Board games, teen pool table, foosball, air hockey, surfboard, & bikes for the family. There is also a fireplace outside by the pool so you can enjoy some quiet time at night. There is nothing you can't see or do. This home also features an expansive patio deck that offers plenty of space to sunbathe or play table tennis before enjoying the pristine pool. You will definitely work up an appetite with all of the activities so get ready to fire up the grill and cook your favorite dish or grab the fishing poles and catch your own dinner. If you prefer to dine out there are plenty of options all within 5 miles. Very close to beautiful parks where kids can play on the swings, or you can enjoy a game of tennis on the courts. Also, very close to Daytona beach and Daytona International Airport as well as the historic Saint Augustine. This home is packed with everything a family needs to enjoy their vacation or where a snowbird enjoys their time relaxing the winter away. As owners, we have four children that range in age from 7 to 19. We have made this home reflect what a family looks for in a vacation home. We have movies, board games, books, a game system (SNES Classic), Legos, and plenty of outdoor supplies for what you may need. Including a beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach tent, tennis rackets, assorted balls, fishing poles, pool floats, and even golf clubs. All you need to do is bring your luggage and groceries. We have a stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee, tea, and even hot cocoa awaiting your arrival. We even supply laundry detergent. You will need it as the kids will be beyond excited when you arrive.
The master suite provides much privacy as it is on one side of the home with an en suite that allows for that extra privacy. The open shower has a built-in seat for those that may not be able to stand as long as needed. There are also two closets with complimentary robes to use while you stay with us.
The second bedroom is a lovely room that also has its own type of elegance. With a beautiful white queen size bed and matching décor, this bedroom exudes relaxation. The closet is large and ready for anything that needs to be put away. The bathroom is just outside of the side door to the bedroom. It has its own little hallway to the bathroom, just a few steps away.
The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. A full bed can be added to this room as needed.
This bedroom has a very large closet and also has a little hallway (five feet) to the second bathroom, which is just a few steps away.
This second designer bathroom is beautiful with a custom-built full shower and also built-in seat to allow those a rest if they are not able to stand.
The "white room" is surrounded with tropical trees and also has a newly installed 36-inch beautiful vase waterfall to allow for a more "Zen" feeling. (PLEASE NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN THIS ROOM)! This is a gorgeous room made to relax in and is designed with a very large smart TV for movie night. It also has an abundance of game boards, movies, Legos, and even coloring books.
The pool deck is designed to allow for an amazing family time together. It has several lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun in as well as a 6-piece patio set with umbrella. Table tennis is also on this patio deck to ensure a fun family game time as well as a propane fireplace that exudes relaxation. Outside of our lanai, we have by tropical trees as well as a few orange trees and banana trees for your enjoyment. This pool deck also offers a large 5 burner gas grill as well as a second seating area with 40-inch rock waterfall for your enjoyment. The pool can also be heated for a small fee for those that rent weekly if they wish to enjoy it in the cooler months. Monthly renters can enjoy the heated pool at no additional fee. Discuss this with owners!
Our garage holds a large high-end washer and dryer as well as all of the family bikes, pool tubes and pool floats, boogie boards, balls, beach toys, fishing poles and tackle box, kayak, paddle board, teen pool table, foosball, air hockey, tennis rackets, golf clubs and so much more.
To visit our very quiet beach, you can either walk a short 2 blocks of a straight walk to the beginning of our street or drive and park right behind the convenience store at the beginning of our street.
After visiting our private family friendly beach, please stop by the side of our garage and enjoy a shower to wash off all of the sand.

We absolutely loved our trip! The house is very clean. Extremely well appointed with just about anything you would want or need. They do some of the shopping for you. The snacks were a very nice touch and totally unexpected. The house is very close to the beach and restaurants (love Lagerheads!). Large pool and plenty of games and activities to keep everyone happy. Erik went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

The property was located close to the beach and bay area for beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood yet close to great restaurants and activities in town. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the home was nicely appointed with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was clean and enjoyed the patio area. Highly recommend staying here and the hosts were so responsive and nice!

Wonderfully appointed home-away-from-home for a one month stay in Jan/Feb. The pictures are accurate. We were greeted with a very generous welcome basket. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided for. A basket of beach towels, basket of pool towels, and plenty of bath towels and linens. Tons of pool and beach toys, games, books. Kayak, paddleboard, bikes, beach chairs etc provided.
Walk to beach is a pleasant 5-10 minutes, and the little community park (3 minute walk) on the intercoastal was an unexpected treat. This park has plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy viewing boats travelling the intercoastal, wildlife, and beautiful sunsets. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Plenty of soaps, shampoo, cleaning supplies (including laundry detergent, softener, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, etc). A huge variety of spices and cooking items (oils, spices, foil, plastic wrap). Nice cookware.
We really enjoyed the heated pool even on cooler days, and the gas firepit on cool nights. Ping-pong was fun. Location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from Ormond, Flagler Beach, and Daytona. Plenty of restaurants and stores within close driving distance. We highly recommend Lagerheads for grouper, pet-friendly patio for lunch or dinner, with live entertainment most evenings. Sunrise Diner for sandwiches, pizza or breakfast, and they have fast delivery as well. Pet-friendly beaches a short drive.

The property has excellent amenities and was very much as advertised with something for everyone, from just relaxing by the pool to biking along the riverside or body surfing in the ocean.

This home was perfectly suited for our family of 6. The home was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. We appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, pool floats, inflatable kayak, and fishing equipment. It was really nice that we didn't have to worry about packing all of that stuff.
The home has a great location walking distance to the beach in one direction and the river in the other direction. The beach was beautiful and most days there were no more than 3 or 4 other families on the beach. We saw dolphins, manatee, and a sea turtle all swimming near the shore at one point or another during our stay.
When we weren't at the beach, we were usually swimming in the pool and enjoying the huge outdoor area in the back yard.
Huge thanks to Erik and Dawn. They were great at communicating with us and made the whole process very smooth and seamless. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We’ve been coming to Ormond, FL for the past several years and this is by far the best house we’ve stayed at. The house was as described. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. What an amazing property! We rent a lot on VRBO and this property was exactly as described. The "Beverly" was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was fantastic... A very quick walk to the beach! This home had it all. There was a welcome basket with little treats which is always a nice touch. We needed nothing but a quick trip to the grocery store. Neighbors are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this home and will stay here again. Thank you Erik and Dawn for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We'll bring the kids next time. This place had it all! Comfy beds, all the amenities of home and close proximity to just about anything you wish to do! Just minutes from Ormond Beach! My boys learned to "boogie board" in the amazing waves! Then after to a relaxing day at the beach, we took a relaxing swim in the pool, played board games (while creating new rules for classics such as Candy Land and Chutes & Ladders). Then off to Daytona Beach to soak in yet more Vitamin Sea, some mini golf and yummy food. If that wasn't enough, Erik made us aware of a rocket launch which was amazing! Just being able to spend time with family and enjoy some relaxing beach time is priceless! One of our best vacations so far!

The home is beautiful, cozy, comfy beds and seating, great bedding, well stocked kitchen, lots of spaces indoors and out to spread out if you're with others. Lots of things to do in the area. The home is between the ocean and river, very short walks to both. Plenty of beach gear to use. We had cooler weather during our mid March stay but the warm pool temp helped immensely in still enjoying the pool. Erik was very responsive to all our needs. Would highly recommend this home.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We came in on Valentine’s Day and there were balloons, chocolates, cake and more waiting for us. The house was spotless and the pool was heated to a wonderful 90 degrees. The location is great with a 2 block walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to anything you needed. We will definitely seek this property out next time we are in town. Don’t pass this one up if it’s available!

Clean, convenient to stores and restaurants, situated midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River (a two block walk to either). Very modern home, beautiful swimming pool, friendly neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. We did not have children or teens, but there were many, many fun things for kids to do provided by the hosts.

We had a very enjoyable family Thanksgiving at Ormond Shores Estates November 22-29, 2022. The 3 bedroom home was perfect for our family of 5 adults, including a handicapped person, to relax, cook and enjoy the holiday.
Eric and Dawn, our hosts, made us feel immediately welcome with a lovely and thoughtful gift basket with treats, fruit and breakfast items upon our arrival, which was very much appreciated. They were always available to answer questions in a timely manner and even went out of their way to have a coffee grinder for our son, a coffee aficionado.
The well-appointed kitchen was a joy as we 3 cooks prepared our holiday feast, with enough pots and pans, dishes and utensils. We lacked for nothing, and were pleased and surprised to find even a gravy boat!
The weather cooperated and we were happy to enjoy the heated pool in between watching the opening rounds of the 2022 World Cup. Those of us not fans of the beautiful game were happy to relax and read some books from the house library. The two separate living areas were ideal for our family of diverse interests.
We also had fun riding our bikes through the neighborhood, walking to the beach and playing ping pong.
Overall, a very positive experience for all and we would highly recommend this vacation home within walking distance to the beach.

This house is a perfect home away from home. We were spoiled by attentiveness provided by Erik and Dawn. They really want your stay to be the best it can be and do everything they can to make sure it is. All other rental owners need to learn from Erik and Dawn. Having all the amenities right there allowed for a very relaxing stay. All the small things are taken care of. Everything was very clean. Comfortable beds and all the kitchen items are there. The house has everything you need, just get some food and enjoy your stay. The kids enjoyed the different game tables and board games. The house is in a nice, relaxing, quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. Do not hesitate to stay here, it is as good as it gets.

We had a wonderful stay in Ormond. Eric and Dawn were the most attentive owners we have ever had. They really focus on the extras for the stay and are there lickety-split if any issues. We only had one minor issue with the air conditioner and the owner had someone at our door within 5 minutes of texting her and it was fixed within minutes. The pool and house are super nice and very clean:-) HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This property was perfect for our family which ranged from age 9 through 72! We had plenty to do when the weather was sunny or raining. The first night we got to see a rocket launch on the beach! The house was very clean and well stocked. The house is close to the beach, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Family Vacation
For our vacation we try to find a house with a pool close to the beach. This year we decided to come to the east coast of Florida. When I started looking this house caught my eye. And I’m so glad I stopped and clicked on it! The home is a lovely one story with a split bedroom design. The flow of the house is great, plenty of room for everyone. If you have children, this home is perfect. The owners have equipped it with a pool table, a foosball table, air hockey, ping pong, and a great pool that is covered. The house is a short walk to the beach. Now, let me tell you about the owners, they checked on us to make sure we were able to access the house easily and checked in during the week just to make sure we had everything we needed.
The house was stocked! Laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent garbage bags, coffee, tea, staples to cook. This is the first time I have not had to buy those things!
And checkout was easy. The owners have a wonderful cleaning person who asked us to strip the beds and carry out garbage. That’s all!
If you are looking for a place to stay along the East coast of Florida, this is it! 5 star! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beach Stay!

We spent a week at this lovely beach home for our family vacation. Erik and Dawn were excellent hosts, thinking of everything that we could need. Communication with them was easy and quick. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the house!!!!! Upon arrival there was a basket of goodies and snacks waiting for us, such a thoughtful and nice surprise. We all loved playing with the pool table, foosball, and air hockey tables in the garage during some afternoon rain. The location was excellent, quiet, close to the beach (that was empty). We will definitely be returning! Excellent, relaxing, clean vacation...what more could you ask for!!!

Our vacation in Ormond Beach.
Dawn and Erik were wonderful. This was the first time renting their home. Everything was super clean and the house was decorated as if it was done professionally. High end mattresses, bedding, towels furniture etc. Kitchen was well stocked and larger stove for preparing meals. Outside area very relaxing with a beautiful pool. Could not ask for more. We look forward to staying again in the future.

This home is such a treat in every way that I almost want to keep the great experience to myself until I lock in dates for all future trips! Absolutely everything about our stay exceeded expectation. The home has a vibe evokes tranquility while providing so many options for fun. All the furniture is very comfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance are excellent! Location is the ideal combo of quiet beach and nearby selection of great restaurants with a relaxed vibe. Dawn and Erik really care for the home and the enjoyment of their guests. Communication was excellent and they are just so nice without being intrusive. The welcoming basket of goodies was so appreciated and just shows the kindness and care of the owners. Our stay was great experience all around and we cant wait to return! I'd give more stars if I could!

5 star property was as described. Comfortable and well appointed. Beautifully decorated. TV in every room. Heated pool and outside lanai area are huge! Various comfortable seating areas with fire pit for those evening s’mores Games and equipment for any activity that might interest you. Conveniently located with friendly and supportive neighbors. Short walk to the ocean to watch the sunrise and to the river for sunset. The owners, Dawn & Erik, are so kind, readily available, and committed to their guests’ comfort. We will forever be grateful for their support & kindness. Bring yourself and your personal items - they supply everything else you’d need for a short or long term stay. Beautiful tewith attentive owners
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the home is beautiful, welcoming and clean just like the pictures show. When we arrived there was a variety of food items (snacks, bagels, fruit, bottled water) which I have never had with other rentals. The owners were very attentive to our needs and quick to get assistance in getting the pool heated for us. We went on many days trips and it was so nice to come back to this home and relax. The pool was large with many floaties to choose from. This home is in a great location and close to many activities. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Erik and Dawn!

Great private vacay! Location was down the street from beach and was within walking distance. Beautiful house with large pool. Very clean. Amazing Experience
We had a great week at this property. We were amazed by how stocked this house was. The only thing we needed to buy was food. There were plenty of fishing rods and tackle at the house. The reels needed some WD40 but that was no problem because there was a can in the garage. We caught a few small fish on the beach but nothing too exciting. We had everything we needed as far as beach supplies go. The pool was great. The beach access at the end of the street is super convenient and there were barely any other people on the beach and we were there during Truck Week 2021. We saw some interesting trucks but the property is just far enough from Daytona that we didn't have any issues with traffic or crowds. There was a gift basket full of snacks when we arrived which was perfect because we were starving and hadn't made it to the store yet. There are a ton of restaurants near by. Our favorites were Jimmy Hula's on Granada and Don Pepper's in Daytona. There's a gas station/convenience store right at the end of the street which was nice when you wanted to grab a quick something. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We didn't really have any questions and they pretty much just checked in once or twice to see if we needed anything. It was nice and laid back. We have family that lives in Ormond and Daytona and we would stay at this property every time.

Great house for our family vacation!
We had a great time at the Ormond Beach house! It was set up with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was also within walking distance to the beach which we went to often. They also supplied chairs, beach towels, umbrella and other items that were perfect for the enjoying time at the beach. The house is also close to local grocery stores & restaurants.
We would recommend Rose Villa to eat at for a fancier meal. Also Flagler was a cute town to visit!
We will definitely return to this house if we get back in the area!

Very nice place and great location!
The house was very clean and contained everything needed for each of us to enjoy our trip during bike week 2021. Initially we had thought we didn’t have enough and a comment was made to the owner. The next day we received a package with plenty of towels and wash clothes. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold during our week to enjoy the pool as expected, but they let us know they had plans to install a heater on the near future. All of the neighbors were very friendly too! The location was perfect. Within a short walking distance to the ocean and just far enough away from the craziness of bike week to be able to relax each night! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area again. Thanks for accommodating us on our first Daytona bike week trip!

The property was amazing in ever way!! Very clean, every amenity you could ever want for a perfect vacation right in the back yard... All in a quiet neighborhood with both the beach and the river within a very short walking distance... restaurants, shops, and stores all just a short drive away. It’s truly the perfect place for a great getaway!!

Where do I start??? This home was everything we had hoped for and more!!! The house was beautiful and CLEAN!!! The enclosed pool area was amazing and CLEAN!!! This home is recently remodeled with every convenience you could imagine from a fully stocked kitchen to even laundry supplies!!! Who does that??? Comfortable beds, cold a/c, plenty of towels, bikes, fire pit, pool table, ping pong table, pool toys., beach toys, fishing poles...this house has anything you could possibly want or need on your vacation. The owners take pride in this property and in making sure you have a great rental experience and it shows. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but only a 5 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of restaurants and shops. A quick walk down the street one way and you’re at the beach; a quick walk down the street in the opposite direction and you’re on the waterway...what more could you ask for??? This was no doubt the best rental we have ever stayed at and we will definitely be coming back!!! If you’re looking for a nice place to relax for a few days, book this house...you will not be disappointed!!!

Amazing house with amazing location.
We absolutely loved this house. We were 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The backyard is very nice with a big pool, lots of space to fool around and tan. We enjoyed the fire pit at night too. Kids played ping pong and pool at the garage. We were able to use the paddle board and kayak at the beach almost everyday. Plenty of bikes for us to get to the beach within couple of minutes. Grocery shops and Restaurants were very close by too. Daytona beach is about 20 minutes of drive. The house it’s self is very well organized and beautiful. We stayed for 8 days and came home relaxed as ever. Eric the owner was very pleasant and helped us with any questions or requests we had. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great vacation.
