Needs a good deep clean.

Lots of room to accommodate everyone.

So disappointed in how dirty the place was. The fridge was not clean so we didn't even use it. The cupboards had food and crumbs caked in them, especially near the garbage can. The bathrooms didn't look like they had been cleaned, the mirrors had spots all over them which gave the impression that they hadn't been wiped down, the shower floors and doors need a serious cleaning, and there weren't garbage cans in the bathrooms. The water pressure is horrible and could possibly be improved if the shower heads were replaced. In the bedroom with the twin bed, a dried up contact was found on the bed frame, no one in my family wears contacts, eww. Although the floors throughout the house seemed clean, the baseboards and walls could use some tlc, along with a good dusting. The deck looks nothing like the pictures and needs maintenance, along with the yard. It makes you wonder if the place was even cleaned prior to us arriving.

Exceptional

The house is a true delight. The house was designed with a homely aspect and it was very clean. Also, it was noted that the owner did not take any short cuts on the upgrades and the furnishings. The beds are super comfortable. I'm not a country girl but, I really enjoyed being there at the house. When I first arrived, a heard a small animal crying. I looked around to see where the noise was coming from and noticed that the sound was coming closer to me. It was 2 small kittens. They were about 6 weeks old and their mother was no where to be found. The kittens were hungry and thirsty. Since I did not bring any food for an animal, I did manage to give them some leftovers and water. We had 3 deers that came by to visit in the backyard. I was so excited that I forgot to take a picture. I was most sadden when I had to leave because I didn't want to leave the kittens all alone but, I had no way of transporting them to the vet or SPCA. 😟 All and all, I really enjoyed my stay.

Lawn needs to be cut and treated for insects. There was lots of bugs and a huge spider outside. Also, the shrubs at the entry gate needs to be trimmed.

All most perfect.

Everything else was great , clean beautiful home .I almost wanted to buy it .Until my accident.

The back patio is uneven, I broke my knee. The garbage was full when we arrived , we had to take our garbage with us.

Lots of modern appliances and space was very functional. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
