Great location and apartment. Not happy that their was no cleaning service or change of towels

Communication between myself and the managing agents was difficult at times especially when registering prior to the holiday my parties details. Was unable to put down my British home address as would not except it and needed an Australian state code. Lucky I gave my step daughters address and it worked. But was anxious that I could have forfeited by booking if I didn’t use.

Perfect location for a family holiday.

Great location. Clean and well set up apartment, with good appliances and furnishings. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Having only one set of access keys for a family is challenging and also dangerous. As the lift was playing up when we stayed and there is no way to exit the building without a key if the lift is not operational.

Superb

Location was fantastic.

There was a broken chair. The WiFi modem was hanging down the wall which we felt was unsafe with a toddler walking around. The pillows were too soft.

Pleasant

The location of the apartment was fantastic. It was right across the road from the beach and there are restaurants/cafes, shops, pub, surf club all within a short stroll.

The accommodation was very dirty. It required a good deep clean. It was also clear that the property had not been cleaned properly before arrival (chips left under the couch). As short stay accommodation you would expect they would supply the bare- minimum – shower soap, washing powder, cooking oil etc…

Wonderful location and a comfortable spacious apartment with lovely views

I loved the location and the view of the ocean from the verandah. It was quiet in the room when the sliding doors to the verandah were shut (no security doors but on 2nd floor so not concerned). The bed in the main room was divine, soft but supportive. The apartment is right across the road from the beach and there are restaurants/cafes, shops, pub, surf club all within a short stroll. There were generous quantities of detergent and dishwashing tablets in the kitchen which is helpful when you're there only a few days.

There was no soap for the showers which would have been nice for night one. The fridge was not cooling well and the ice maker didn't work, but LJ Hooker the booking agent got a hire fridge in on the 1st working day. There are no blinds on the apartment front sliding doors/windows; privacy isn't an issue, but if you like a dark bedroom, you'll be awake early as the main bedroom has sliding glass doors that separate it from the living room and the light floods in.

Close to the beach and cafes. Nice ocean views from the unit.

The location was great . We coped with the lift being replaced as my husband used a scooter to go through the garage. We were on the second level. Preferable to have more notice but also received a rent reduction.

Location and view were amazing !

Only one key for everyone, makes it hard when people want to do something separate. Although a second key could be offered at a cost. Otherwise though, this really wasn't a huge deal. Great place, great spot!

Excellent accommodation with fantastic views

We loved the view and accommodation was excellent, very comfortable. Listening to the waves and enjoying the views. We'd highly recommend it and we'll be back.
