Guatapé ist ein wunderschöner Ort , fröhlich und mit freundlichen Menschen.

Es hatte alles was man so braucht wenn man am Reisen ist. Das Personal war hilfsbereit!

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Duschen wobei eine nicht zu verwenden war . Das Apartment hatte alles , war aber nicht gemütlich. Zum schlafen und duschen hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt.

Buena estancia

Fui en familia con mis hijas y disfrutar el área de piscina temperada en la tarde noche fue un plus que Justo era un día nublado y con lluvia . Buena atención y disposiciones de recepcionistas de la tarde -noche y del restaurante . Muy ricas las pizzas .

Que no podías ingresar a la piscina en la mañana porque no estaba temperada y el check out era a las 12 . Justo llovió y hacía el traslado a mi habitación no estaba techado . En la noche estaba oscuro , falta iluminación tomando en cuenta que el acceso son escaleras .

La ubicación y la vista

Tuvimos que poner una aplicación para escuchar un sonido de abanico y poder dormir, ya que se escuchaban algunos ruidos.

Desconexión total de la ciudad y re conexión con la naturaleza

La ubicación perfecta a cinco minutos del pueblo perfectamente se puede ir caminando, las zonas húmedas una delicia en la noche la piscina es caliente muy apropiado para relajarse

El aseo no estaba incluido en la tarifa lo cual no me parece puesto que económico no es el hotel

it would have been super great had the front desk not messed things up from the start, to the end..

location was away from the main hub, so thats a plus.. the food was very good, no need to go to another place to eat except for just entertainment value.. NO a/c( but, cook at nights so not needed for sleep), no elevator for wheelchair assistance, tight parking below bldg, nothing super exciting about hotel, but, it was very clean and modern..

the breakfast was very boring, but tasty, the hotel checkin staff was a disaster, all young kids and no adults in charge, and they overcharged me and would not listen to reason.. so I had to pay the overage just to not get into an arguement with the staff or get thrown out with a party of 15 i was repsonsible for.. it is petty stuff like this that keeps parties like mine from eating more in their restaurant so as not to feel more indebted to the hotel..this started at the beginning of my stay and kept on until checkout.. i will never go back to a hotel that steals from a customer that has a party of 15 staying at thier place and not feeling the obligation to make small adjustments when needed...too many other options...

We loved the pool & jacuzzi of hotel. The views are spectacular & it was very clean Hotel. I would stay again.

Not a lot of privacy..all windows are see through. We had jacuzzi..we closed blinds & people still saw through the blinds at a angle.

There are NOOOOOO elevators in this property. Going up and down 100 steps to the pool area or to the main desk for a Taxi.

It was very close by to the rock piedra del peñol and the weather was awesome very cold and you don't need aircondicioning

That the staff did'nt tell us that we could not drink at the property and they charges us our six pack of beer. So that was it for me i would not come back to this hotel at all. Because the way the guy came to us to tell us that we could not drink here was by far a bit rude.

The Rainy night in Guatape .

The views from the hotel are Great ! The hotel rooms are spacious and nice. The staff is also very accommodating, We arrived late and Muddy on motorcycles and were welcomed. Parking for motos es muy bien!

Super nice place a bit out of the main town, but only a 5 minute walk in. Pool and staff and facilities were excellent.

Very good

The total facility was very nice and the staff helpful. The in-room jacuzzi was a nice touch plus the big public one. The views were also a plus. Easy walk to town.

The drinks were not so good, well made. The food was marginal.
