Could be a beautiful rental property - needs loving care attention and updating.

- Adriana was fabulous - before and during our visit. - Checking-in and out was easy. The attendants at the kiosk were friendly and conscientious - Directions for getting into the house were clear and concise. - The location has beautiful outside views and very nice landscaping.

This property needs a loving-care update and repairs (if you like I can email you pictures): - flooring in master bedroom closet needs to be replaced with new carpet or tile; in many places the floor had no covering on it, at all; parts of the covering were strewn on the floor throughout the closet - screens for both doors leading to the patios in the master bedroom need to be replaced - they would not completely close or open - many of the windows throughout the house would not open - outdoor furniture and cushions need to be repaired or replaced - the outdoor areas need to have wood logs covering the patios and courtyard need to be repaired or replaced with something like a trellis covering - the cushions in the living room area need to be replaced - feathers are falling out of the cushions and there are stains on some of the cushions - the middle courtyard could use some lighting at night We would rent this property again - if and when these updates are made. Otherwise, we would find another property that was not as expensive but was taken care of. Thank you. Linda Holland

One of the most beautiful homes we've stayed in

It'd be nice if in the future: 1. Instead of like five trash bins in the kitchen, if there could be a clearly marked recycling bin with a sign that says what can be recycled. 2. Windows could close and lights that would turn on in the bunk bed bedroom and if hosts would have replied when we told them about that. 3. Sheets were washed with "fragrance-free" (which is less-toxic than "unscented"), natural soap instead of heavily toxic scented soap that kept us awake.
