I was unable sleep as the room was freezing cold, also bed sheet was smelly

Location

A portable heater was provided as the central heating was faulty. I had to turn it on and off as there were extreme temperature escalations. Breakfast was provided, but partiality was shown in the staff’s behaviour. I was not offered drinks, although other person next to the table was offered these facilities. Also, staff’s attitude was so disrespectful and disappointing.

Would like to return on our next visit.

Location was perfect virtually in the centre of Sleaford. Amenities in the bedroom very good. Full English breakfast excellent. Couldn't fault the hotel.

Very nice property in a lovely location, friendly staff.

The property was very clean and tidy, in a nice location. It was right next to a large publice pay and display car park, but because I have a disabled badge, I was able to park overnight free of charge, which was a nice bonus. The landlady was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and clean, with a kettle, tea and coffee, milk and sugar.

There was a small step down into the bathroom, which wasn't enough to put me off, but it is worth mentioning as I walk with crutches. Also, I struggled to get in and out of the shower as I am quite large, and it was very narrow. I cannot stand in a shower due to my damaged knees, so I have to kneel down, which was quite difficult due to the size of the cubicle, but I managed to use it, and this would not put me off from returning, either.

Close to town centre, friendly, clean, lovely breakfast and parking available next door.

Very accommodating host. Amazing breakfast. Went extra mile to meet a food intolerance. Really appreciated.

Basic mattress- little sleep. Each time a partner moved, other bounced an equivalent. Did the job however. It’s a B&B, not a 5 star hotel, so no complaints.

Quiet location and personal feeling of the mallards .owners were very welcoming and we had a very pleasant stay We are hoping to stay again soon

Only stayed 1 night halfway through our journey so would have loved to have stayed longer nothing we didn't like great room. Great breakfast. Wanted to stay longer

The only problem i could find was the bathroom shelf is marginally too low and gets in the way when you try to clean your teeth.... there was nothing not to like

Relaxing clean accommodating nothing too much trouble

Breakfast was amazing beautifuly set table in Bay window I am gluten free they were able to provide a fabulous gluten free breakfast best Ive tasted!! We all enjoyed the breakfast too ..we were attending a wedding celebration and the owner let is stay in the lounge area providing coffee before we left for the registry Office which was situated across the Road! Beds were very comfy too
