Be a nice place to stay if they cleaned the place up. Good dining area upstairs. Breakfast was a good choice.

Room was big and comfortable. Staff were nice.

Cockroaches and Beetles in the room. WiFi was poor.

Hotel is good & comfortable , breakfast was tasty, staff & workers are also good and corporative

Slightly over priced but still comfortable, but room need little maintainnace in terms of facilities and cleanliness corridor carpet was dirty

We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

It had a lift which was welcome. It had a pleasant rooftop terrace. The staff highlight was Laxmi who was always keen to help with a smile.

The first room we shown smelt heavily of cigarette smoke - even though it was a non-smoking hotel. The second room had dirty linen on the bed, bugs and had not been serviced. We finally accepted the third room - after the linen was changed on the bed. There were no coathangers, no safe, and only one towel. This hotel would have been a good stylish business hotel. Unfortunately no hotel maintenance had been done. Wallpaper hung in strips, there was mould on the bathroom blind and around the fittings. Our laundry arrived a day later than promised and still damp. The location was in a commercial area selling bathroom fittings with no restaurants nearby and not ideal for tourists.

Will never stay there again unless its renovated

Very dirty place. Property needs some serious renovation. The wall papers are peeling off, the furniture is dirty, bathroom has fungus mold, there is cockroaches everywhere, the TV doesn’t work, the towels very dirty, so old and hard that if you wipe your face or body hard you could hurt yourself, bed linen covers dirty pillows and worn out bed.

Just about worth the asking price

Bed and pillows comfortable. Small cooler in room but we had to get it changed. Hot water so the shower was fine.

This was obviously built as an upmarket hotel. It has fallen far from that mark. We had to change rooms because the first was infested with cockroaches. Every item of furniture (except the bed) was marked, damaged or dirty and had never been cleaned. Many items claimed as standard in this site were missing.

Location is in the middle of a congested, shabby market/commercial area. The hotel itself is smart and well appointed, with all necessary features of a city hotel. Overall comfortable stay. Food and buffet breakfast at the terrace restaurant was quite decent.

Nothing to dislike about room, staff or service.

Excellent experience.

rooms are pretty good and clean with sufficient space. breakfast was excellent and was so delicious and had variety of things in to eat. Lounge staff was so polite and treated us like a family member.
