The property has very good location in Miami. it was very clean y everything was in organized. The towels and the bed sheets very clean and white . The house is very nice and we had a very good stay

Camas super cómodas, limpieza impecable, aire acondicionado en excelente funcionamiento. Anfitrión super atento y pendiente de cualquier inconveniente. Excelente servicio de wifi.
Mejorar las persianas de las habitaciones, ya que las ultimas de abajo no cierran y logra verse uno al exterior de la casa. Se siente uno un poco inseguro, mas al cambiarse de ropa por la noche. Al igual no ayuda por las mañanas, ya que ingresa mucha luz solar. El exterior de la casa tiene bastantes cámaras de seguridad, ayuda a sentirse uno un poco mas seguro.

The house is very clean. When I go to Miami I used to stay here because the house has an excellent location, in very clean and the manager communication is perfect. the decoration is cozy.

bedroom doors didn’t lock. No outside light unless went outside to open those shutters .

It was pretty, look just like the pictures, not too far away from everything, back porch/yard was pretty, beds comfortable. The hostess was in constant contact
Check-in is 4. My plane landed at 11 am. Begged for an early check in and was denied. I ended up sitting in the airport 4 hours. They let us come in at 3:30 due to housekeeping and the handyman there. There was a lot of bugs through our stay. Roaches and knat-like bugs that crawled in the bathroom. The floors were dirty. Had to walk around in sandals. The house had clearly not been cleaned. We had to send pictures for proof every time we had a complaint like they didn’t believe us. Stains on the pillows and sheets. We were given new sheets but it was the night before our last day so pointless. No paper towels in the kitchen. Had to go out and buy own. I didn’t like the camera watching us. The hostess made a point to tell us we left sheets stained as well.

We were 5 girls...comfortable for our 4 days stay. We will come back for sure. Fast and clear communication with the host.

the only thing I will say is the master bathroom vent was covered in dirt. This is a easy fix with the cleaning crew..

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to a useful freeway for most our daily destinations. It was great having a gas station a couple of blocks away too! The home was very clean and I would agree that "cozy" is appropriate.
What we didn't like but we could live with are 1) At least one room had little spiders and flying gnats-like insects which appeared usually when we turned the lights on.
2) Also, we were short in the availability of soap and toilet paper which we ended buying.
3) For a Mgmt that left a sign basically stating to keep it clean, they didn't provide any paper towels which are usually available suites with a kitchen. 4) We spent all of our time in the dining room because the main TV (unlike the bedrooms and hotels) in the family room wasn't hooked up to cable so no live sports, news etc. 5) We asked for an early check in. Mgmt said yes if no one rented it prior to our visit. When we got there about 2pm, it was vacant...no one was there. They still had us wait till 4pm. We could have shopped but had to wait till we had access to a refrigerator. 6) The dishwasher didn't appear to be properly installed....the dish trays would fall out. In our stays at a hotel suites, we think we would could have these issues readily resolved. Having laid these out and while cozy home was quite livable, if these issues didn't exit, our rating would be higher. Also, we point these out recognizing that tolerances are subjective (but we don't have these concerns in our residence).

I really liked my stay at this place. The location was super centric to all the things I had to do. The house is super cozy while modern. It had parking places in front of my house. I’m a clean freak so I really liked that the house is decorated all white because I could actually see how clean it was. It also has a beautiful garden where I enjoyed my morning coffee in peace. The host was amazing, very attentive and responsive she made my stay even better. Would actually go back with my eyes close. 100 points in every aspect I can.

I came back here!! I felt in love with this house the first time I was and now I came back to Miami and I could enjoy it again. I love the backyard, always quiet, clean and impeccable and its location is excellent for everything I want to do in Miami: beach, shopping, walking. Thank you Brigitte for your always attention.

The location was great for the airport & driving to locations around Miami. The rooms were a decent size & showers good.
It was very noisy due to the location near a main road & petrol station. The air conditioning system was really noisy when it was on but if you didn’t have it on at night it was really hot & you couldn’t open the windows.

I loved how clean and spacious the home was. Much bigger than I expected and had everything you could need, including hygiene kits! The host was wonderful and responded quickly. Everything listed was on the property and had the most comfortable beds as well! Would definitely stay here again.
