Soggiorno positivo

Appartamento carino, spazioso, con un grande bagno e provvisto di tutto quello che può servire sia per una notte, come abbiamo fatto noi, che per un periodo più lungo visto che c'era anche la lavatrice

Bisognava stare attenti alle scale perché i gradini erano più alti del normale e più stretti. Mancavano i balconi/saracinesche...che d'inverno ci può stare.. Ma d'estate sarebbe un problema per chi soffre di luce per dormire.

Ottima scoperta

L'appartamento, molto accogliente, si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico di Arco, e dunque, dato che io e i miei familiari ci siamo recati lì anche per godere dei mercatini natalizi, siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Affacciandosi da una delle finestre si gode della vista del Castello di Arco, da una parte, e di uno stupendo panorama montuoso dall'altra. Zona molto tranquilla. Appartamento spazioso anche per 7 persone (tanti eravamo per il soggiorno) con cucina attrezzata e tre camere separate per avere tutta la comodità di cui si può aver bisogno. Bagno ampio e dotato anche di lavatrice, nel caso servisse. È stata un'ottima scoperta. La comunicazione con lo Staff è stata sempre rapida e puntuale. Check-in e check out da fare in totale autonomia e in modo semplice.

È andato praticamente tutto bene. La sola cosa che ci è mancata, ma a cui effettivamente avremmo potuto pensare, dobbiamo lamentare la sola mancanza in cucina di carta assorbente/tovaglioli e di uno straccio, nel caso in cui avesse potuto servire. Ma in fondo solo per un weekend non è poi così necessario... Quindi, alla fine, è andato tutto in modo ottimale

Perfect for a stop on the long trip north-south or vice versa.

We booked a few hours before arrival as we were travelling from Greece to the Netherlands and needed a place to spend the night. Communication was quick and clear.

Since it had been a hot week, an A/C would have been nice 😉

Disappointing

The apartment was basic and poor value for money. It was clean, but outdated. They left three toilet rolls for five of us for six days. We sent several requests and they brought us another two which is fairly poor when you’ve paid £1500 for six days in an apartment. We found walk to town sadly quite disappointing. We were also told we will be in the attic room and they gave us the room where you could barely move with the two bunkbeds in it that we didn’t need in any case.

Nice interior, well equipped kitchen

It took us some time to get inside and even find the room. Only one toilet with bathroom is not so much for 9 people. Some information about how to check-in came a bit late and only via internet. It was a bit problem as I do not have internet data in my mobile phone.

Great place to stay

The location in Arco is excellent. You are right in town and we were able to drive to a wide range of climbing crags within 15-30 minutes. The hosts were really responsive to messages and requests, both before our arrival and during our stay. When we needed extra bedding, it was quickly provided. The self check-in and check-out system was very straightforward, as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking situation was a bit unclear from the property description. There is reserved parking within the gates for only certain apartments, but we found a free carpark that was less than a 10-minute walk away.

So far, from all our stays in Arco, probably the best one :)

The apartment had a great flair, it was spacious and well heated (important in February). From my room upstairs, I could see the castle from the small window, which really gave it a beautiful feeling. The host were super helpful, assisting us with all question, replying fast to messages and gave us a lot of tips on the places which were open during the out-of-season time. The location was also great, 2 minutes walk to the city centre via romantic old town streets, where we walked a lot. We would like to say a bit THANK YOU / GRAZIE

Great time within walking distance of Arco

Well situated flat just on the edge of the historic centre of Arco, town as well as Colodri rocks within walking distance. In case you want to avoid walking, this may not be optimal since the next free parking is a couple of metres away. The host is available via WhatsApp for all requests.

sweet apartment a few minutes from Arco

We were six girls but there were only bedsheets and towels for two people so I texted the organizers via whatsapp and they immediately responded and brought us the missing laundry. All in all it's a sweet apartment, the check-in is super easy und uncomplicated as is the check-out. The city is only a few minutes walk away so the location is perfect.

The accomodation was really nice and perfect for a group of friends. You have a small but well equipped kitchen and the whole apartment is really big. The location is perfect. The only problem is the parking because sometimes it´s not so easy to find a free spot but in that case we just parked directly on the property. The communication with the host was quick and they answeared all our questions. I would reccommend the place to everyone. It´s a nice apartment for a good price.

We kinda missed chopping board and kitchen towels there when we were cooking but other than that it was perfect.

Very close to the city centre. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy self check in. Cosy building.

Poor wifi connection. Parking nearby the accommodation not possible and public parking place was not available every day for both 2 cars.

Disappointing

Location - close to the town center.

Check-in instructions were sent to WhatsUp - without prior message via SMS or email. Our living room on the 4th floor was very dark - with floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedroom had one skylight that could not be shaded (too high) - it was not possible to sleep in the morning.
