brilliant venue to stay over!

what a lovely place to arrive at and chill out after a hard days' work! Refreshing plunge pool in an extremely hot environment was a treat; the room s are spacious, the fittings amazing and the entire experience great!

I have no complaints whatsoever!

Very good business accommodation.

Centrally positioned venue, with spacious room, powerful shower facilities and a pool to cool off in. Just far enough from the center of town to be quiet and secure.

The pics on the website do not match what you get when you arrive

Grass overgrown, pool green, one staff member was shouting at manager in full view of guests when he couldn't attend to a maintenance issue on the reserve water tank, there was no provision made for loadshedding even though we were advised the generator was to run at certain times

The place is clean, close to the border

Did not have electricity, we were plunged into total darkness on arrival, could not cook or have a cup of tea, there was a generator which we were told had run out of diesel.

The staff was nice and friendly

The smell from old beer outside. Bottles should be removed after the new-years eave in the morning after 10 o clock .

Terrible

There were other guests playing loud music and the staff was doing nothing to address it. The music was disturbingly loud and it looked like the other guests were basically having a party as a group of them had gathered to hang out at the pool area, which was next to my room. I called the no. for the establishment and asked them to address it but nothing was done. So we checked out after a couple of hours of checking in.

Great value for money

The lodge is located in a quite area, far from the highway. The lady at the reception is very friendly. We arrived at the lodge only to be told that there had been a mix up with the booking, however, the issue was resolved thanks to the lady at the reception.

I did not get to stay for long.

Owner or staff are not into guests business and old man is friendly to encourage the use pool when hot. There us no challenge with load shedding.

a very pleasant place to stay before tackling the daunting Beit Bridge.

Met by the manager in person and she took care of all our needs.

everything was fine but we missed breakfast!

Adequate for a self-catering overnight stay but poor value for money

Room was well equipped and furnished

Booked a double room but was made to pay an extra surcharge for two people to stay. Despite this, there was only one towel, one cup for tea/coffee, one rusk etc provided There was no security guard when we left in the morning, so had to let ourselves out and throw the keys back over the gate.
