Liked the location
Sofa bed was very very uncomfortable and the area with the main bed was not cool enough to sleep. Thankfully there was a fan in the closet and had to turn that on.

Perfect location. Stairs made beach access a breeze. Kitchen supplies and washer/dryer were much needed.
The main bed! Full, maybe a queen. It was AWFul. Needs to be replaced before others stay.

I would have given this a great review, however due to customer service and no A/C much of the whole time I would never recommend.
We checked in on Friday, June 14th. By that night our A/C unit put out hot air and read an error A2. I texted the company that night and told them what was happening while I was doing research of problems. They said to turn breaker off and back on to see if that would work. I tried that and the A/C worked for a couple hours. This was communicated to them that it was working and I did what I was asked and text messages to prove it. That night, the A/C went out again. I turned breaker switch on and off that night as well as the next morning. I texted them again and they sent staff out that afternoon. Because I switched breaker on multiple times that day, it was working when he showed up. He said to text the number back again if it happens and he would send an HVAC guy out. We talked about different things that couple be wrong -loose connection, power supply, short somewhere By that afternoon again, it went out and they were notified. They told me they would get with staff and have someone look at it. By Wednesday when we checked out, they had not come to check. I corresponded with them constantly and asked for updates. Same thing… After checking out I asked for some type of refund- not the amount of money we paid, but some sort of compensation for our hot room. I have texted numerous times since we left on updates and always got the runaround. Today, June 26th, I told them I wanted an answer. They called a little later and said I failed to follow instructions in switching the breaker on and off, and because of that, I would receive no compensation. Are you kidding me? My correspondence and pictures show everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I tried to show patience and understanding, but after they did not tell the truth and look at our correspondence, I cannot recommend this to anyone,

I loved being right on the beach. I enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to physically interact with staff to check in/out as well. Things went very smooth!
The beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable. The balcony table was about to fall apart.

On Beach!
I would have liked to of seen an employee at the property. We ran out of clean towels and we had a very other questions. Our unit didn’t have any extra blankets so I had to go buy one.

The location was great, right on the beach!
The beds were not comfortable. Not enough bedding to stay warm at night. Bathrooms were not clean upon arrival.

Location was great, kitchen was stocked well enough, parking was perfect. Plenty of room for the 4 of Us.
Several issues with the furniture. Dinning Chair with a broke Leg. I repaired it. Torn cushions on the couch. Multiple bulbs out in the bathroom and one lamp. All were tolerable except for the mattresses. Loud and Creaking under any movement. I believe an update on the furniture would greatly effect Future stays..

mattress was paper thin, parking, pool was dirty,no hot water, tv didn’t work, furniture is dirty, floors dirty and no broom to clean them, only one trash bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper, screen door broke, pillows are paper thin, you can literally count the springs in the mattress, neither elevator worked, my brother in law fell down the steps, the wooden walkway to beach needs repairs as there are nails sticking up.

There was no breakfast available. The condo was very nice. Main bed was great. The fold out couch bed not so much. We had a great time.
Only thing I didn't like is no later check out option.
We were there for a archery tournament and had a early morning start time. Would have been good to leave our things there til it was over. Maybe a 12 o'clock check out option.

It was secure, served my needs but off season repairs and maintenance was in process limiting parking and kicking up dirt daily from 8am until 5ish. I wasn't informed of these details until I had made and paid for my reservations and had I known I would have likely stayed in another building on property or a different property all together. In the end I didn't spend a ton of time in the room other than to sleep, I was exploring with family and enjoying the beach, so as I said it served my needs, next time I might opt for a beach view unit if available.
Repairs and construction, I clearly understand the off season when occupancy is low is when these repairs are usually made but the extent of them was wide. there were damaged railings and other lumber and items stacked apon the common balcony along the east side of the building and I didn't dare venture across it, so I just went straight down the stairs and down the road to where other family members were staying. The unit was clean and cozy but there was a strong sanitizer or cleaning agent smell that was overwhelming and I had to leave the door open to the unit for a couple hours apon arrival to air it out. Also please fix the screen door, it would stick shut so tight I was in fear of breaking the door when leaving the unit.

Quick access to beach and had pool
Make sure folks know there is no elevator. There is 2 flights of stairs so if someone has issues health wise that needs to be included on the info

I enjoyed the studio apartment.
The balcony above us would spill water through the cracks of their deck onto us. The balconies are made of wood. It was difficult when the upstairs balcony spilled things.

The location, layout and balcony are all great.
There should be those locks like hotel rooms have - the bar way at the top inside. That keeps small children from letting themselves out.

Facility run down, Couch and chair soiled, Mattress needs replaced. Sofa bed broken Linens and bedding need replaced. Towels the size of hand towels., Kitchen drawers broken No kitchen towels. Few dishes, Pool has mildew around the edges.. Parking terrible

The condo was efficient and the location was great. We had everything we needed. We just walked right out and was on the beach. The staff were very helpful.
The bed and pull out mattress were not comfortable. Time for replacements.

The fact that the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed even though we only cooked once. Been plenty pillows and towels which was nice I will definitely stay here again.
The lamp in the master bedroom was broken it wasn’t such a concern that I felt I had to notify somebody because I didn’t use the lamp my daughter pointed it out to me. I could not get a signal in the master bedroom TV so I was unable to watch TV in there. I’m a smoker and it would’ve been nice to have permission to smoke on the balcony as I seen several people doing it. my daughter insisted I smoke in my vehicle.lol a stickler for the rules. Honestly we enjoyed every minute.

given a wrong room renters be aware. should have been oceanfront view not gulf view. what I rented I should have been given. call and reported it said they would have corporate office to call. never received call. going to tell everyone to be ware I paid good money just to have a view. will never rent again. should have been room 117 not 113
