Brilliant 4 days break !!

1. Excellent big sized apartment and building architecture. 2. Decor was nice. 3. Smart TV with neflix, youtube was great to have. 4. Great wifi speed. 5. Kitchen was well stocked.

1. One bedroom did not have wardrobe or any clothe hanging pegs on any door or washroom 2. Duvet covers and additional bed linen incl towers would have been good. 3. Extra toilet soap and washing detergent would have been good. 4. Alarm clock battery was missing !

Much needed getaway with my family in a lovely apartment

Nice and clean and modern. Parking right outside which was handy

The street name doesn’t come up on maps. So can be hard to find. Just put Bermuda Triangle pub in and it right behind that

Awful. Don’t bother

Large spacious and modern. Comfy beds and good sized bathrooms.

Noisy location near a busy pub. Hot apartment with no aircon or fans. Kitchen utensils oven and dishwasher were filthy. Booking agent was awful to deal with demanding £350 deposit!!

A pleasant comfortable stay, best suited for short breaks.

It was in a good location near to where we wanted to be and a short distance from both Bournemouth and Poole Town Centre. The living area was spacious and the property was spotlessly clean. It definitely has the feel of being something a little bit different. For two people it would work really well.

A few things. The mews is right on the back of a very busy pub and a social club with noise carrying through to the early hours. The mews is lovely but if you have dogs there are limited spaces to take them for wee walks. And even though the property is lovely it has the barest minimum of everything that you need to be able to rent it. Adding a couple of serving bowls, leaving some washing up liquid or hand soap would go a long way to making this a bit more comfortable. The main issue is the second bedroom - there is no wardrobe, no cupboards, no rails/hanging - not a thing! Good job we have teenagers they were happy to keep to business as usual and live off the floor!

rooms spacious ,modern . great location

i had an issue ,, no hairdryer . i contacted hosts was told they would deliver one . it never arrived . then they suggested i go out and buy one ,, I DID NOT GO ON HOLIDAY TO SHOP FOR A HAIRDRYER one was eventually delivered .[too late] parking bay allocated to our apartment , BUT other cars from other rooms ect ,, parked anywhere which on some days we could not get our car out . the bathroom was lovely but a cheap /tacky loo roll holder and waste bin let it down ,,,IT HAS NO AIR CON ,, so we had to let air in via the windows being open ,, DOWNSIDE there is a pub on the doorstep noise music singing till well past 1am , so getting a good nights sleep can be difficult,,

Lovely neighborhood, decor, standard of accommodation - a bit noisy with pubs in earshot, and just wish property had air conditioning or fans as it was hot. Earlier check in would have been ideal.

Would stay there again

Was a lovely surprise to have a basket there. All was clean to a high standard. Would stay there again. It was a lively area, but everything shut down at a very reasonable time. The Bermuda Triangle was great for breakfast and very doggie friendly.

the ekstra sofa was broken and not suitable as ekstra bed. A lot check in information to read. I missed the bid about ordering ekstra linen eventhough we booked fore five. Therefore we were charged an ekstra service amount. Orherwise everything was perfekt.

Located behind a live music pub that didn’t close until 1am. WiFi didn’t work as BT hub was dead. contacted them and they said they would call back….heard nothing.

The property was in a great location with many eating and drinking venues within walking distance. There was also a park

We liked the stylish open-plan design, the high ceilings and the decor. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms.

There was no wardrobe or any form of storage at all in the second bedroom in which my husband and I slept, which was unexpected.

in the front room there was two sofas , one which converts to a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit on. no idea what it was like as a bed

Lack of air con and being so close to the pub. It was noisy with the windows open, if there was air con there would be no need to open the windows & doors.

Location - lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. Nice residential area. Sizes and style of apartment Provided basics which are often missing in SC accommodation i.e washing up sponge, kitchen roll, tea bags, sugar.

Beds - very poor quality and/or well used. Could feel springs, no support Cleanliness generally good but quite a bit of dust throughout and fridge had a very strong chemical smell
