Rundum zufrieden

Die Lage war super und ruhig. In der Nähe war die Metro und alles was recht schnell erreichbar. Besonderen gut finde ich, dass es neben einem Föhn auch ein Bügeleisen - und Tisch gab. Das Personal war super nett und hat uns tolle Tips gegeben.

We loved it, perfect for leisure or business trip!

Very clean, clean, well located and excellent service. It was also very cheap compared to the other options available- and I must say, it was a steal!

When leaving the hotel, there’s no option to keep the luggage during the weekend, but that’s a minor issue as you have a lot of option to store your baggage in the city.

Great staff!

Location and the staff that was super helpful and polite! It was also clean and provided all necessary utilities in the apartment.

The electricity was going down every time we tried to cook . The apartment was too small for the money we paid

Una struttura bellissima, elegante e di grade stile! Molto pulita e confortevole. Bagno molto pulito ! In camera trovi tutto il necessario per qualsiasi evenienza! lo staff è molto gentile , disponibile ed accogliente. Posizione ottima. Lo consiglio!

Non è presente in struttura un bar per la prima colazione…. Peccato

Great place to enjoy Milan!

Apartment beautifully furnished, quiet large terrace for a lovely breakfast and dinner by the moonlight. Close to the central station as well as to supermarkets, restaurants and a street with many shops. Lots of amenities in the apartment, including an elevator, air conditioning and super comfy beds. A place worth recommending to go back there!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The apartment had everything for a comfortable living experience: a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, full kitchen utensils, and even a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Nikolina was incredibly kind and accommodating.

I would only note that blackout curtains were missing. In the evenings, everything was visible, and there was a building opposite)) There were blinds on the window, but they didn't close completely, and there was nothing on the balcony.

Great stay in a nice area of Milan.

Great location a short walk to the train station, restaurant and supermarket. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff

The only thing was we did not have any hot water the first day until around 7:30pm but the issue was rectified by staff.

Great location, close to the metro stop Staff were nice Place was very clean and well presented and modern. All facilities you would need for a stay.

Shower didn't get hot. (Didn't flag with staff due to short stay)

Do not stay here. Go to Tuscany instead. Milan is terrible all around to stay in.

We stayed here during our honeymoon. The only good quality here was the proximity to train station.

Rude & Not accommodating staff. Milan did not seem like a safe city to walk around in. We stayed in other areas in Europe & this area was not safe. They did not provide any dish soap, detergent for dishwasher, no salt/pepper or oil for the little kitchen the studio we stayed in had. They refused to provide a sheet for my husband to sleep under instead of a duvet saying that it will be extra charge. Very rude staff - Nikolina. For our check in - she messaged us that it will be her day off & that her assistant will be there. At 4:30pm (they supposedly close at 6pm) Nikolina messaged via app saying that the assistant has to leave “for a meeting” (on a Friday night..) and that she will send the check in instructions via a photo for us. She has also asked for the City Tax several times. That was her Only concern. In our conversation when we would ask for something - she would respond that they are “not a house” and that they are “not a hotel” saying SEVERAL TIMES: “It is Logical”. Well - it was only Logical that we leave you a Bad Review, Nikolina.

We really liked the accomodation building and location. Staff was lovely and accomodating!

Unfortunately we got locked in twice due to the dead bolt not working properly, the sofa bed was broken (however we did know this a few days before staying) and the shower didn’t heat up :(

Superb

Good location, close to metro station Lima and walkable distance to Stazione Centrale. Quiet street near the Corso Buenos Aires filled with shops. The apartment was clean and neat, modern and spacious. Ours also had a small balcony which was a great plus.

the room is very clean and nicely arrange, when we arrived it smells good. the highlight for us is the bed, it’s very comfy and has many pillows. the building/common areas is clean and with brightly lit with welcoming vibes. we arrived midnight and the check-in instruction was easy to follow. the area has many small cafes. it is also relatively near to different metro stations. Nikolina is nice and answered our queries. the Filipino lady is also nice. highly recommended and we will definitely book again this apartment for our future travels.

The location was close to everything and easily accessible by walking. it is very clean and the staff is wonderful.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Apartment was amazing, clean and stylish. convenient location, 30 minutes to the center, 10-15 minutes to the central station, the area in which the apartments are located is quiet and safe. Nearby there is everything you need: a supermarket, bakeries and an excellent meat restaurant. Special thanks to the manager Nikolina, an immensely responsive and pleasant ❤️
