Enjoy a comfortable stay in this beautiful, newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath apartment only 150 yards to the beach and convenient access to Boston by car (15-25min) or public transport (30-45min). It's a spacious 1300 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light.

Recharge from your trip in style with a fully equipped kitchen, three new comfortable beds, two large screen smart TVs, sofa, work & dining area, new bathrooms, walk-in closet, free off-street parking, fast and reliable wifi.

Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. The home is on the 1st floor and basement of a 2 unit building, you have one other aprtment above you. The entire space was recently remodeled and includes hard wood floors, a plush king bed and two memory foam queen beds, a large 55" TV and 42" bedroom TV including local HD channels, Hulu Premium, Amazon Prime, Disney+ & ESPN+. There is a comfortable sofa sectional and arm chair with coffee table, dining table and chairs, two desks for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard.

The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks.

The bathrooms, like everything else, are brand new and spacious with a vessel sink, floating vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, hair drier, iron and ironing board. Both showers include bath tubs.

The unit has it's own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom.

It's a nice quiet neighborhood, did I mention it's just a few houses from the beach :), with both on and off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities.

This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors.

You will have private access to the entire apartment. The only shared spaces include the back yard, patio and laundry room.

We're happy to help with recommendations on getting around the city and surrounding areas, on local attractions, and our favorite places to eat.

Wollaston is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is 150 yards away and only a 1-2 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only a few blocks away and many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is also a nearby park and playground.

You can access the home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 17 minute, 0.8 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic.

Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits, note it is a oneway street and you can only park on the North side.

Everything was ideal from start to finish with this VRBO. Todd and Bobbi are excellent communicators, and responded as soon as our booking went through. They accommodated a date change effortlessly and sent the check-in info well in advance of our arrival. Location was spot on, parking in the driveway was great - easy to unload and load the car, no worries about traffic around you, and the spot was generous for our RAV4. The location in Quincy is ideal, also easy to get to Boston, Salem and Providence, RI. We really appreciated the binder with lots of local info, as well as the brochures for area attractions. The interior is exactly as pictured, very clean, well stocked with any kitchen item you can think of; we loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers, a really nice touch. Plenty of towel sets for the 4 of us. King bed is a traditional mattress, queen beds are memory foam. It was too chilly during our visit to enjoy the porch or deck, but that additional living space would be a plus. Our teen daughter took over the basement bedroom since it's set up like a standalone apartment with the TV, kitchenette and bathroom. That was by far the darkest of the three bedrooms, which she loved. We had opportunity to ask a few questions, Todd and Bobbi responded within an hour and were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again any chance we got, we had a great experience and highly recommend this property!

Perfect place for visiting Boston and the surrounding area. Plenty of space for 4 adults, good kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and a warm house in the evening chill, private off road parking. Great hosts and excellent communications, a real home from home.

We spent 3 days here prior to a cruise out of Boston. We were three couples ages 58-65. It was extremely comfortable for all three couples and the host was fantastic. We we’re allowed to check in early as we arrived earlier than we thought we would. Book with complete confidence.

If you are a native New Englander who has relocated to another part of the country or abroad, but who still wants to visit family and friends in the Boston-area (without wearing out your welcome in their homes), this rental is for you. It has all the amenities you may need and its location is perfect for travelers/visitors who want to be close to Boston and the South Shore. It is a modern, clean and comfortable home, and our experience as a family of four was wonderful. Todd is an exceptional host and was always available if we had any questions. One of the biggest perks is that Wollaston Beach is at the end of the street, and it is amazing to be so close to the water. We highly recommend this rental to anyone who needs a home-base in this area - it's great!

Our family had a wonderful time while staying in Todd’s home in Quincy. Todd was an excellent communicator who quickly responded to any and all communications. He gave helpful suggestions of places to go, particularly for the Fourth of July The home was well equipped to make meals at home. Home felt spacious. The living room was nice and our family of six was able to spread out. The home is located in a residential neighborhood just a very short walk to the beach, which was a lot of fun. The drive to Boston was easy and only about 15 to 20 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home and we may return ourselves in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Todd and Bobbi's place. They were very communicative and the house was in a great location by the beach for wonderful walks but also near to transportation into the city. I was working from the place and had important meetings and the internet was very fast and reliable.

Check in was easy and there was a delicious Danish Kringle waiting when we arrived. The space is bright and clean and comfortable. Kitchen had ample pans and tools, plus coffee and some basic cooking ingredients like oil, vinegar, spices. We enjoyed some of the games and books from the common area. We spent some time in the backyard playing, too. The rug on the porch is even a good non-slip substitute when you don’t have a yoga mat! Enjoyable to walk down by the beach. There’s a playground and some yummy fried seafood spots a short walk away. Owners were very responsive. Apartment worked out very well for our stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The place was stocked with all essentials - you basically just need your clothes! It was absolutely pristine clean and perfect distance to all of Boston. The beach is super close! They even left us some delicious homemade pound cake. Thank you Todd & Bobbi!

This property is well managed and Todd and Bobbi are very good hosts. Todd is very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located. We live in Quincy and stayed for a month and a half while our home was being renovated. We were able to maintain our work and school schedules (the wifi is excellent). The shared washer/dryer in the basement and dedicated parking spot are very convenient. There is a fantastic playground within walking distance. The beach is at the end of the street. We stayed in January and February and it snowed a few times during out stay. Todd, was great about making sure steps and driveway were shoveled.

We had a great stay at this property. All the details were attended to prior to our arrival, and there was even some fresh baked banana bread waiting for us! The linens were soft, and the beds were very comfortable. The property owners thought of everything, and even had extra toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great for our short trip to Boston. The property owners are very responsive. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect spot for our family as we visited other family in Squantum. We loved the proximity to many beaches, and enjoyed going into Boston by ferry from Marina Bay. The beds were comfortable and the space perfect for the three of us. Todd and Bobbi were responsive and great hosts. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!
