Muy cerca del centro, buena Zona, tranquila y con restaurantes y supermercados al lado.

Un apartamento en un edificio antiguo pero perfectamente renovado. Muy silencioso y cama cómoda. Climatización muy bien y Cuarto de baño muy cómodo. Todo a estrenar.

Debido a que sólo había 1 llave de entrada tuvimos un pequeño incidente porque nos la dejamos dentro, pero la propietaria nos solucionó el problema. Siempre atenta a los mensajes vía Booking.

Mixup with the exact location was an initial problem. It took quite some time to straighten out. It was very stressful.

Dry modern, clean and bright. Kitchen area was fine but lacked utensils for cooking. We only had breakfast and did takeout one night.

Lovely apart from no safe and no mirror of any kind in 1 of the bedrooms

Clean and nearby for all the attraction we wanted to see Maria wast the host if the property and was contactable at anytime and was very helpful!!

방이 넓고, 아주 깨끗합니다. 방 두개, 화장실 두개이고, 소파베드도 꽤 넓고 편합니다. 호스트 maria에게 불편한 점을 얘기하면 바로 해결해줍니다.주방에 식기도 여유로워서 식사를 만들어먹기에 편하고, 세탁기 건조기도 작동이 잘됩니다. 진짜 주변 친구에게도 추천할 숙소입니다

Great apartment

The apartment was very nice and spacious inside. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The location was walking distance to all the main sites for site seeing. 12 minutes from train station.

A garbage and recycling bin was directly in front of the building, and the location was directly in front of a hostel.

Huge apartment with stunning contemporary interior. Everything you could possibly want.

It was a bit of a walk to the centre of Florence in peak of summer heat but we did arrive in a European heatwave and would have been a nice walk any other time of year.

An amazing apartment that exceeded all expectations! Can thoroughly recommend.

The apartment was amazing. In a beautiful part of town. We were beyond excited to know that we were staying in the very same apartment as we had seen online when booking. The apartment was spotless and all the facilities were perfect. The kitchen had all the amenities that we required. The washing machine was a godsend and the bed was super comfy. As two female travellers we felt really safe too as there were several coded doors to get through to get to our apartment.

Things that would have made our stay perfect was a little more explanation as to what to do when we arrived. I was expecting a reception to check into, so was quite surprised when we found the address, but were not sure what to do next. There were other guests who were a little confused by the check-in process too, so we were not alone. The other help that would have been invaluable would have been how to operate the electronic door to the apartment. As we have never used anything like this previously. Once we understood how it worked it was awesome.

Loved this spacious apartment for the value paid!!! Everything was clean and very comfortable. Host was good.

Location was a little further than we would’ve liked but still within walking distance to most places.

Very clean, very spacious, very comfortable. One of the best apartment where I stayed.

I didn't notice anything, it was perfect. Maybe I would suggest to change the green colour, for the painting wall decoration.

Very good service and prompt reply. Host went extra mile to help booked a local restaurant.

No elevator access and it’s 50 steps of stairs painful everyday since I am traveling with my elderly parents and 3 big luggages. The property itself is ok, but the location is a bit away from the center area. I was unable to hail taxi from the location and have to walk a bit to the center area then to take a taxi.

This place was worth the stay!

Casa del Sarto was a very pleasant, clean stay. The room was very nice and aesthetically pleasing. This place was conveniently located within a 15 minute walk from the train station, to the cathedral and everything else. I loved how there was a kitchen, fridge, in unit washer/dryer and A/C.

It's not that we didn't like- we just had some issues from the beginning about our shower. So the first day we were struggling with the shower but Maria was able to have it fixed, which I'm appreciative for. She communicated well and made sure the rest of our stay was better.

Exceptional

Outstanding facilities, so comfortable. We had separate bedroom, fantastic bathroom and kitchen and it had a washing machine, just made our 5 days wonderful. Would recommend highly.
