pesima experiencia con objetos olvidados en la habitacion, no los regresan

que al salir de mi habitación el jueves por la mañana deje mis lentes graduados para sol olvidados en el cuarto y al llegar a mi casa ese día por la tarde reporte que los había dejado en la habitación olvidados y con la mala noticia que no los habían " encontrado" pero que iban a checar nuevamente y avisarme lo cual al día de hoy sábado no se han dignado comunicarse conmigo que lástima que un hotel que presume de ser de buena calidad se den este tipo de situaciones, no vuelvo a hospedarme en ese hotel.

Para acceder al estacionamiento tienes que avisar para que abran la pluma, para salir, lo mismo. El baño está muy incómodo porque no tiene absolutamente nada de privacidad, todo se ve. Incómodo al máximo

Habitación bien, servicio basicos muy decadentes

La habitación está amplia y comoda.

La habitación no cuenta con ningún tipo de cafetera solo por petición y tienen muy pocas, no es posible conseguir agua despues de que cierra restaurante ya que no tienen máquina de cafe y/o agua,no hay vasos ni tazas en la habitación, no hay microondas en ninguna parte, el desayuno es muy basico (solo alimentos frios) ofrece buffet por 290 y solo es huevo y chilaquiles; no vale la pena comprarlo. El establecimiento es unicamente por valet parking.

I used to stay at Fiesta Americana before it got too expensive. I began staying here and like it equally.

I loved location, and the facilities are nice and spacious.

We were disappointed of just cold breakfast, no choice of any warm food, it's winter and San Luis Potosí is cold 😫 Bathrooms have no privacy and shower is rain style, if you don't want to wash your hair is hard taking a shower...

So disappointed of the breakfast. Problems with the sewer in the shower. There is no coffee in the room, the shower doesn’t keep water inside the cube.

The bathroom, was to hard for me to use the toilet and the shower, I do not have my left leg.

Overall, my stay was amazing. The amenities, building features, and staff’s service truly made me feel welcome.

I loved the location, amenities, service, and up-to-date building features.

I had an encounter where a staff member accidentally spilled a drink on me. The drink was not discounted from my bill. Another drink was brought out as a replacement, but it would have been courteous for the staff member not to have charged me for said drink.

Great staff, very clean, still smells new.

The free continental breakfast was the minimum. No problem except that the thermos for the coffee are unable to keep the coffee hot. Multimillion dollar hotel with a 1 dollar coffee pot.

The beds are too firm and the coffee was warm.

Great rooms and fantastic staff!

The staff is friendly and very helpful! The shuttle service and parking included are amazing services.

The breakfast and restaurant could improve. Breakfast did not include any warm food, only cereal and yogurt. There should be bread and a toaster available in addition to warm food (eggs at least) and the jugo verde was fermented.
