Absolutely perfect!

Bev and Barry were so lovely, little touches like having cereal, toast and milk was just so thoughtful. The bed was divine, so comfortable!

Perfect home away from home!

Lovely quiet location with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bev was lovely and the facilities were fantastic. Very comfortable bed and great TV set up with everything available on screen. Close to town but far enough away to enjoy peaceful quiet evenings. The gardens are beautiful too!

The perfect stop over when on your travels

Set in a wonderful relaxing garden the annex is sympathetic furnished with all the mod cons. For those who enjoy a quiet stay away from the rush and bustle, this is it. The te rapa sports bar has daily specials and the Queenwood Chinese takeaway provides awesome portions.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the tap in the kitchenette was a bit loose. I didnt want to fiddle with it as the water pressure is pretty high

Bev was lovely - met me when I arrived. Comfortable and cozy. Nice to have a few items supplied for Breakfast which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

It is a beyond-expectation experience. The room is even better than the description on booking.com. We have our own rooms, kitchen, and bathroom. The location is a quiet neighborhood but takes only a short drive to shops and eateries. It feels like a home away from home.

Amazingly clean and well-stocked whare. They were really lovely people who were always helpful. Close to everything. I will definitely come again.

A great stay and we hope to be back sometime.

Good breakfast and really delicious fresh fruit. The location was ideal for our stay. Very comfy bed and good bathroom. We enjoyed the attractive garden too.

Perfect Stay Thank you

The location was perfect for us cycling the Te Awa bike trail. It was quiet and with beautiful surroundings and garden. The bathroom very spacious. Lovely stay.

Awesome place, would definately stay here again

Awesome place, modern and very clean. Bathroom is huge. Bev left me food for breakfast and very nice instant coffee with plenty of milk. Had a great sleep

There was a WiFi extender there but no password to log on to that network, only the main network on the other side of the house which wouldn't connect from the bedroom. Easy fix but I didn't ask for the extended network password as I was only there one night

Comfortable stay in a great location with friendly hosts.

Lovely shower. The sitting area overlooking the beautiful garden was a bonus as was food for breakfast and cookies.

A gem in Hamilton

Let me start with the staff, Bev and Barry. Congenial, easy to communicate with, pleasant conversationalists. The bedroom the bath and living area as well as the exterior space were very clean and inviting. Excellent Wifi and a good continental breakfast. Fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended.

A comfortable, peaceful, light-filled, well-equipped place to stay. Huge bathroom and amazing shower! So nice to wake up and hear the birds chirping out in the garden, and Bev was kind, pleasant and welcoming.

An amazing place to stay

Very cosy wee place, bed was really comfy, lovely gardens and private. Host was lovely.

Hot water ran out for my partners shower which mean't a cold shower for me?? No thanks when we told the Host her husband pretty much blamed us and was rude and grumpy. Not a nice way to end our lovely stay!!

Very nice unit for two people

Lovely accommodation, just perfect for two people. There is a small kitchen area with a washing machine, a separate lounge in addition to the bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There was a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread and jam. It exceeded our expectations and very handy for visiting the Hamilton Gardens. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the location was indeed quiet and the bed was the most comfortable that we had slept on in a month travelling around NZ. To be recommended.

We are repeat guests and would recommend to others as perfect for a short stay.

This was a return visit and we are booked to come back in three weeks. Comfortable and very clean. Compact kitchen but everything you need for a short stay. Washing machine is a great bonus.
