A cute little house close to everywhere we wanted to go. Seems much bigger on the inside than the outside! You can tell the house is old, but everything has been updated. The rooms were all pleasantly decorated and comfortable, and the laundry room was convenient. Something kept beeping occasionally in the kitchen and we couldn't tell where it was, but it was more a curiosity than an annoyance. Will probably stay here again if needed.

This place is great! It fits our family perfectly (6 adults, 2 little kids). There are few books, toys and games for the kids. There is also a pack-n-play which we used. The 2 TVs are in common spaces so others could stay up later to watch and not disturb the other people sleeping. Cant wait to come again!

Great location and the house was great, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the back patio and fire pit as well. We walked downtown to dinner and drinks and some local shopping. We will stay here again if we come back to the area. I highly suggest.

There were 8 of us, 4 16 - 18 yr old boys, my wife and I and our 18 yr old daughter, we all had plenty of room! We could be in one place, the boys in the theater, or in the many rooms upstairs. They all slept in beds - there are 3 singles, and 3 kings which were very comfortable beds. It was winter, and we went to ski at Brianhead, but coming home the house was toasty warm in every room, we didn't have enough time to sit by the fireplace out back, but maybe next time. The location is great! Right off main street, there's a convenience store right across the street, grocery, Movie theater, bowling, restaurants, Walmart, gas stations, everything you need in 5 minutes! We really liked staying here!!

This house fit us perfectly. The location is walking distance to everything we needed with the added bonus of the parade and sheep run right out front. Very comfy home. Owner communicated well and responded quickly. Thank you for having us.

This was a perfect location if you are in town for the Shakespeare festival as everything is conveniently close by. The house and the accommodations were great however if you have any small children you would not want to let them out front without close supervision as it is on busy Main Street. There is a backyard but it is all dirt.

We stayed here because of its proximity to a family reunion we had close by. The house was clean when we arrived. It was just what the ad said it was. It is right on Main Street so it’s a little bit loud with road noise. Overall we’ll absolutely stay here again!

The property is quite nice. It was clean and fast internet, which is always a plus with teens and adults both. There was plenty of room for our two families (5 adults, 1 teen, 3 young children). The basement entertainment room is awesome with the large screen TV and black out curtains. There were a few annoyances with some that can be fixed and some that cannot. The front family room can get quite hot. If a ceiling fan can be added, that would be great. The backyard is a bit bare, but usable. We did not know where the extra toilet paper was stored and had to search to find it :-). It can get a bit noisy from the busy street out front. Overall, great place, great value, great rental experience.

We were in Cedar City to attend the Utah Shakespeare Festival and loved having a place to stay that was so close to the SUU campus. We liked the character of the house, and found the space fit us well. Noise wasn't an issue for us, and the house was stocked with everything we needed (as well as having labels and hooks to make it easy to feel at home.) We loved our stay.

We were in Cedar City to attend the Utah Shakespeare Festival. We were very happy with "the green roof" vacation rental. It was so convenient to have it located so close to SUU campus and the town's shopping and restaurants. Noise wasn't an issue for us. We loved the expansive parking options in the house's driveway. The rental had the space we needed and was supplied with the things we needed. I liked how there were labels on cupboards and hooks in convenient places to make it easy to feel like we were at home. Our trip was a great success and this venue was a big part of that. Thanks!
