Hoteles mejores, mejor ubicados y al mismo precio

Pues nada

No me gustó el lugar, es muchísimo muy viejas las instalaciones, así como los muebles, lo peor es que afuera de mi cuarto había unos sofás y en plena madrugada me despertó el ronquido de alguien me asomo por la ventana y había dos hombres dormidos ahí. Fue horrible noche no pude dormir por eso.

Una Gran Decepción

Creo que lo único que podría destacar es la amabilidad de 1 de los trabajadores que nos atendió el segundo día y nos cambió de habitación a una con 2 camas, baño en buen estado y con mejor aislacionismos de ruido. Además el desayuno era rico, aunque fuese una opción única todos los días

Llegamos junto a mi hermano y no tenían la habitación que solicité. Al momento de indicarlo a la persona de recepción me indicó que estaba sobrevendido por Booking.com y qué era lo que quedaba. El sanitario no tenía tapa, estaba sucia la habitación, el ruido era horrible, se sentía hasta cuando la gente tiraba la Cadena. Lo peor es que la persona que nos atendió me indica burlescamente que era eso o nada, yo ya había pagado la estadía de las 2 noches Tanto el uber que nos dejó en el hotel como otro que nos fue a buscar nos preguntaron con asombro porque nos habíamos quedado ahí, que la zona era muy insegura y que nos recomendaban no salir ni a comprar un agua porque realmente era peligroso.

Hotel con apariencia de motel barato.

No probé el desayuno y la ubicación está en una zona pobre.

No tiene estacionamiento suficiente para todos los huéspedes. Está pésimo.

Deberían quitar ese hotel de Booking

La zona, la gente del área se veía muy amena bailando en la calle y los jóvenes y señores conviviendo muy alegres caguama en mano sobre las banquetas, de momento me sentí un poco inseguro pero ya después me dió terror!!!

Todo en general es bastante malo, el barrio, la habitación, las cucarachas de la habitación (aunque eran weras y chiquitas, nunca me han gustado), la chapa de la puerta con averías de forzadura parecían poco seguras, además no nos invitaron al baile que estaba en la calle y tampoco caguama y chemo que estaban rolando en la banqueta frente al hotel, además de un largo Etcétera

Decent price, nice and clean.

The central area was nice, there is a bar and they serve breakfast (not included in ticket0

No elevator or ramps for handicap/wheelchairs.

Superb

good for staying near the bus station and train station. other than that, nothing to fancy. everything is around the hotel, even though it's in slightly a shady area. but it works out

bring your own soap and stuff. booked for two and the receptionist didnt' allow my friend to enter when he got to the hotel.

very nice for a short stay / close to everything

the location was absolutely perfect to the metro and el centro locations in monterrey. nothing was more than a 5 minute walk away, including the bus station and the metro station for monterrey. you can get anywhere in the city from here via uber in minutes.

i put that i was planning for more guests. my friend from out of town was rejected in the lobby, and he didn't have a phone to contact me. when he came back, and i told the front desk my room was for two, they said it wasn't - yet i paid extra for it. a very basic bar of soap and barely any shampoo in my room either. bring your own toiletries.

Hotel La Silla is a fine place to stay with a very freindly atmosphere and the rooms are comfortable

This hotel very much exceeds in it's service to customers. The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet and has a restaurant. Hotel facilities work fine. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive to questions and requests.
