LA UBICACION ES MUY BUENA ! DENTRO DEL PERSONAL DESTACO AL SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA DE LAS HABITACIONES , LAS SEÑORAS MUY CORRECTAS Y MUY EFICIENTES.

El personal del lobby no habia ninguno que hablara español . Queriamos cenar o almorzar en el hotel , lo hicimos los dos primeros dias pero estuvo tan malo que empezamos a ir a otros lugares . Muy malo y muy caro. El desayuno no lo tenia incluido , en algunas oportunidades lo pagamos pero era caro igualmente en relacion a la calidad .

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel except the lifts which were always busy during morning hours.

The view and room was nice.

The restaurant quality and a staff member tried to come into my room as I was getting out of the shower.

Property was clean, front desk staff very nice! And the manager is the sweetest! And so patient! I had trouble with my card since it’s international, he never got frustrated and tried several times… it still didn’t work but he was patient and that means a lot Sp. For those of us who do not live in the US

Rooms were very comfortable and the beds super comfy. Loved it!!

Only minus is the shower, not a fan. Water everywhere

The staff, the location and the cleanliness of the rooms was really good. The photos shown and the rooms provided were almost a match and were really up to date, not too much disparity between them. The staff was really helpful and polite.

We had put in a request to have 2 rooms together but they had by mistake given one of the rooms to someone else and we had to settle with 2 rooms on very different floors (26th and 9th floor). The check in process was troublesome, the key to one of our room provided dint work 4 times in a row and we had to do up & down 4 times (Considering there are only 2 lifts you have a long wait before you can board the lift to either go up or down). And the other room provided had guest already living in, we like unlocked the door and barged in on them to realize someone was already in and had to get another room. The same night someone else barged in on us as they were given a key to our room (another mistake). Bathroom/washroom door slider has no door lock and has a massive gap on either side, so if someone is inside the others cannot move around in the room and have to stick to the beds. (You dont want wanna see your family member taking a dump :) ) In the 6 day stay, we had one day where everyone received a printed notice of WIFI outage. It was okay for us as we already had our own Mobile internet along but could have been troublesome if we hadn't.

Our room was not turned over for several days & one day the lift broke so we had to take the stairs 20 odd floors!

Emplacement parfait non loin de Times square à pied et station. Chambres bien , literie confortable mais pas pour des grands ! Personnel disponible pour diverses demandes. Chambres faites tous les jours.

Propreté moyen dans les parties communes de l’hôtel (une odeur de graillon pas terrible dans le hall).

3 lifts serving over 30 floors ; half an hour wait each time to go up and down Plus rooms weren’t clean; lots of dust fluff and hair under beds, broken bathroom door .. waiting in lobby for a lift for over 30-40 mins was not only uncomfortable but hot and very unhealthy due to little or no ventilation .

Silent room. Beds and pillows etc where very good and comfortable.

Bathroom was rather strange... Elevators where slow, it could take a while to get up or down, so waiting in lobby or in the alleyway on your floor of your room was no exception.

The location is excellent! The bar served great drinks. The room was fairly clean.

It’s dated, the elevators are extremely slow when they work properly. Some of the front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest, the rest of the staff were very friendly.

Chambre 502 au 5 eme etage. Bruit incessant et tres tres gênant d échangeur de climatisation toute la nuit. Pire que les bruits de la rue .. surtout pour le prix payé..

we ate lunch and dinner several times in the restaurant in the back of the hotel..It was wonderful..The host of the restaurant was terrific and went out of his way to help my husband with a diabetic's menu finding him food with no sugar or carbs!!! the elevators worked like clockwork..much better than in bygone Staybridge days.

The soft bed and clean floors and room.

The room was dark. The lighting could have been better. The fact that we got stuck with a room that had a single bed and not the double.

Nice staff, great central location, good quality beds and linen.

Connecting doors. You can hear the people in the room next door talking all through the day / night.

I informed the hotel few days prior to my arrival that i would arrive earlier, i was told that early check-in is subject to availability upon check-in date. I was so delighted when i arrived the hotel at 11.15 a.m. and was checked in promptly. All the staff are very kind, smiling, welcoming and friendly. The location is great as it is just y minutes a walk from Times Square,. There are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies few steps walking from the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean, i liked the wooden floor, the bed is very comfortable, there was a big flat screen TV with too many channels, there was a coffee machine, a mini fridge. The bathroom was well equipped by many toiletries. It's very highly recommended, and can't wait to return back

The house keeping didn't come one day for cleaning the room, i informed the receptionist who apologized and promised to ask the house keeping to clean up my room shortly. Regretfully no one came till next day, The walls are not sound proofed, so you can easily kestin to other guests in the next rooms and in the corridor

El único detalle fue la del personal que solicite la noche anterior que me llamen a las 03:00 a.m. y se olvidaron de llamarme porque tenía un vuelo en la madrugada a Minneapolis y tenía que salir temprano.

Staff wouldn’t let my other two colleagues into the rooms before I got there, despite putting their names on the booking. When I arrived, they knew their names and acknowledged the names were on the booking.

No microwave in room, ice only on first floor, the restaurant tooooo pricy.
