We enjoyed a fantastic week here, really lovely quality. The extra facilities were a huge bonus and made for an excellent stay - pastries delivered every morning, the bike wash and bike storage area, key safe so everyone can come & go without being locked out, the drying room for wet clothes and what can I say about the pool - heated, covered, lovely loungers, top quality, the four teens were very very happy in the pool after a long day of riding. Thank you for a lovely stay :-)) xx

Very professionally run, modern and clean with the added little luxuries!

The hosts were exceptional, true professionals! We received really useful information before we left so that we knew exactly what to bring and what we could leave at home. We could even order our groceries to be delivered into the fridge for our arrival. A fresh basket of bread and pastries were delivered fresh each morning too! The apartment was really well equipped, the raclette was a lovely midweek meal for us all. Everything was spotless, modern and like new and having the pool on the doorstep was the icing on the cake...we never even had to share it. It was warm enough for the baby too. Having the shuttle to transfer you to the lift was ideal and always easy to arrange. On the wetter days we could easily dry our clothing in our own secure boot/ski store too. The hosts have everything covered, even a map with the shortcut into town. The TV and was easy to hook up to phones to play music and show our photos of the day, even a PS5 for a very rainy day! Absolutely everything you could need for a home from home, all the useful little extras and luxuries included.

Booked on my phone and didn't see anywhere clearly on booking.com that the price would be charged in euros. I have a huge fee for a non-sterling transaction. This needs to be made clear as the price is displayed in pounds! No criticism of the accommodation...a hot tub on the decking of the ground floor apartment would make a fab upgrade in the future!

Lovely apartment, great hosts. Overall very good value for money.

Amandine and Arnaud were fantastic hosts - very responsive and nothing was too much of a problem for them. The delivery of bread and fresh pastries to our door each morning was a real bonus, as was the daily lifts to and from the ski lifts. The apartment was really well equipped (we ate in most nights) and, if anything, the pictures on the website don’t do it justice. We also enjoyed using the heated on-site pool after a long day on the slopes.

A fantastic apartment in a great resort

Excellent selection of bread and pastries left outside the apartment door every morning! Also Arnaud was able to drop us off at our preferred lift each morning and pick us up in the afternoon, which was a real blessing. The apartment couldn't have been nicer, with plenty of space, two en-suite bathrooms, great views from the balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, a heated ski room, and the benefit of being able to arrange shopping in advance to be collected by our wonderful hosts.

absolutely fantastic apartment with everything you need - great hosts, welcoming and friendly

excellent facilities- couldn’t have asked for more. everything we needed was provided. apartment was spotless too and perfect accommodation for 3 families. loved the little baked treats left out for us at the end of the day. kids loved the pool - sauna or hot tub would be an added bonus!!!

only downside could be the location from the slopes but to be honest the transfers Arnaud provided were so convenient and actually the apartment is only a short walk from the ski lift and town centre, so not a deal breaker.

Absolutely perfect, most wonderful stay, we loved every second.

Clean, spacious, wonderful facilities, everything you could possibly need and the most beautiful views. The owners are amazing.. they bring fresh baguettes and crossoints every morning, offer a free shuttle to town. They answered all our queries and were very helpful and thoughtful during our stay. The pool is great and lovely and warm. A 10 walk into Morzine.

Lovely, can’t wait to return!

the property was cosy, modern and had lovely views from the balcony. It was also really spacious! The hosts were lovely and brought fresh pastries and bread every morning and would take us to the cable car each morning!

N/A. The apartment can sleep up to 11 I think - there is enough space and enough beds however I would say that there may need to be additional seating space/ sofas in the living room. This wasn’t an issue for us as there were only 5 of us there.

Great hosts that brought us fresh bread and pastries every morning. They also went the extra mile and took us to the lift each morning in their mini bus and collected us every afternoon.

Luxury apartment & good facilities but inconveniently out of town making the need for hosts’ efficient transport ess

Very comfortable. Good facilities eg. lots of bathrooms, excellent drying room, efficient key safe arrangement. Comfy beds. Very responsive hostess; charming and very helpful indeed. Nice to have fresh pastries & bread for breakfast every day. Kitchen perfectly adequate for holiday stay. Essential to have the host to ferry guests to ski lifts morning & eve as the chalet is at least 15-20 mins walk from any ski lift. Shops similarly. You book the Host the night before for morning transport; usually this works well. There’s no other practical way to get around. There is a bus but it’s slow and busy and not direct. Eg. when there is limited snow in Morzine, it’s essential to start from telecabins further away Les Prodains in Avoriaz. The host will take you. This is very useful.

Swimming pool was too cold. Host said 29C but this was not warm enough for holiday/after ski swimming in winter. Therefore only swam once which was a pity. Arranging transport with the host does not always work. lifts are available 7.30-10.30am and 3-6pm. But - it is really annoying that the host doesn’t coordinate his trips for different groups of guests - because he doesn’t ask/is too anxious to ask them to be a little flexible ie. +\- 5 mins. For example, on several occasions we booked a lift 5 mins after another group and found that the Host went off with the 1st group to the telecabine (20mins round trip) without asking them to wait for 5 mins so we could all go together. This meant we were delayed much longer than 5 mins. This happened quite a few times and as well as irritating us, it is surely a huge waste of fuel/time to go belting up and down the mountain roads so furiously and so many times. Guests are on holiday and are generally happy to accommodate others if the wait is short ie. no more than 5 mins.

Bread and pastries delivered to the door each morning, shopping collected from the supermarket and placed in fridge. Transfers to the ski run each morning and afternoon. Amazing service.

Magnificent apartment in a quiet part of Morzine

It’s really an excellent place to stay in Morzine. It is located outside the town but is accessible within walking distance (10min walk) thanks to the bridge. It’s a quiet place with a stunning view on the mountains. The plus is the swimming pool which the kids enjoyed the most! I loved the breakfast delivered every morning in a basket in front of our door (with delicious bread, croissants, pains au chocolat). There’s a bus stop 300m away of the apartment which can take you to the Lake Montriond (so no need to take the car and try to find a parking space near the lake (it is busy)). We could use free of charge the ‘Multipass’ which were lent to us while staying at Julianna which gives you access to the cable cars of Morzine. It was a last minute booking, and we were so lucky to have found this beautiful apartment, very nicely decorated and with all the necessary equipment (especially in the kitchen). We will definitely come back again!

Complimentary fresh bread and pastries delivered every morning. Free multi passes also provided. Lovely swimming pool on site, also handy bike wash and storage facility.
