Great place to stay! Amazing location and fantastic space for families. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect, and it is easy to find it, being near the train station. The area has a lot of restaurants and shops. The apartment is very comfortable, lots of space to walk with a small and useful kitchen. I would recommend buying a cutting board, a small knife to cut vegetables, and some kitchen towels as we cooked the last 2 nights but overall I highly recommend Erika's apartment; the patio is big and have an excelent view, also the en-suite rooms are a plus, especially for families, the small table is great for eating together and being in the 5th floor can be daunting for disable people, (none in my group) but there is a small lift that takes you to the 4th floor, just need 10 cents to use it at specific times. We met with the owner, a nice lady, who showed us the apartment and offered to help us if we needed it. She was with her dad, I think. A nice man who also gave us some recommendations. There were croissants, satches of sugar, coffee, salt, oil, and also juice in the fridge when we arrived. Nice touch! We stayed in different hotel rooms during our stay in different parts of Italy but we enjoyed staying in an apartment more as we had more privacy and space so I definitely recommend it 100%.

Very comfortable apartment only 5 mins walk from station

Very central to railway station, air consiitoned, Erica was very friendly and helpful, balcony overlooking the square - great to relax with a beer and watch the city meet night-time, lots of restauants outside, very friendly laundrette just around the corner

Had a fabulous holiday from this great central location nice spacious apartment just missing nice little touches.

Location was perfect for station and old town Naples, showers were lovely, both bedrooms were large with comfortable big beds, both bedrooms had own shower rooms and were equally good in fact we couldn’t decide which was the master room, the very large balcony/terrace had amazing views, the lounge area is large with high ceilings, air-con was good. It felt secure with double doors as well as a building door. We had a lot of communication using booking.com messages and it was easy to communicate! Our flight was extremely delayed so we had to pick the keys up from Erica in Naples At just gone midnight and let ourselves into the building her instructions with pictures were very helpful.

Just before travelling Erica asked if I could pay by bank transfer, I said yes as I was sure I could sort it out which eventually I did, but it took us sometime to figure it out especially as we had busy schedules and to make sure we wouldn’t be charged by our bank for the service. I personally would have preferred paying by credit card as that gives you some insurance. Obviously you wouldn’t pay this before arriving at the apartment but Erica informed us she did not have the facilities to charge credit card so please prepare before you stay. It would have been nice to have a kettle, toaster and few more cleaning products available like clean washing up sponges and t-tails, the bedroom storage for clothes wasn’t much a few more hangers and the top shelf dusted would of helped although plenty of room for your suitcase. More furniture for the balcony/terrace would be nice.

Great location at only 10 mins walking distance from the train station. Lots of eateries very close to the property. There is a supply of basic food items in the kitchen which was very helpful. Clean property. Helpful staff.

Wish we had booked elsewhere !

Location is great as only a short walk from the central train station. However we learnt that central Naples station can attract some interesting characters on Sunday evenings!

There was a fire a few weeks earlier in the building on floor below. the access stairway was dark with soot, repair works were in progress and the lift was not working. the apartment had strong smell of burn and paint which gave all of us a headache.

I don't recommend this place

Good localization.

The Luxury Erica's Apartment took the payment from me in a cash, even though I asked to pay by card via booking.com. We did not receive breakfast even though the offer included it. And we did not receive any additional discount due to the lack of it.

Superb

Big terrace with direct view to Piazza Garibaldi is what makes this apartment stand out from other properties in this location. Good soundproofing, so when you've had enough of Naples city life (horns, ambulances, police sirens, prayers at 5AM, etc.), just close the door and it's totally quiet inside the apartment. Apartment is big and comfortable even for a longer stay. Brilliant location - makes it very easy to access it from train station as well as for exploring the city

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Napoli

- Great central location in the heart of Naples. - Big modern apartment with a huge balcony overlooking Piazza Garibaldi (a table and chairs on the balcony would really make a difference to sit and watch the world go by). - There are plenty of eateries nearby.

- No parking so if you’re in a car you need to book one of the nearby car parks through ParkInStation. - Accessibility; apartment is on the 4th floor and is well worth the trek up for the view of the Piazza. There is a very small lift big enough for 2 people with luggage or 3 without. - one of the shower trays needs some attention, and one of the shower head attachments was held together with a cable tie and loose.

Exceptional

It’s a really beautiful and tidy apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is perfect for we four. There is also a huge terrace where you can see the aerial view of the city, the train station and piazza Garibaldi. The location is perfect, just 5 mins away from Naples central railway station, which is super convenient to reach Pompei and Sorrento. There are also a lot of restaurant downstairs. Also the owner is super nice and friendly! Thanks a lot to her!
