Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

Enjoyed this property. It’s in a private neighborhood of other rentals. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and living space. Could accommodate adults or a family. The proximity to the ski slope, cross country and hiking trails, plus town is great because they are all within close walking distance.

First off, let me say the the communication with the host was absolutely ideal. The house was immaculate. Perfect setup. It was myself and my husband, my teenage son and his friend. You are a 5 min walk from the base of the mountain. It’s just a great setup. We are definitely considering renting for next year!

Property was nicely decorated and had all major necessities. Convenient to downtown North Conway (within walking distance for those looking to get some exercise) and the hiking areas surrounding it. Only amenity I would have liked to see was more/better living room seating arrangement options.

Really cute home that we enjoyed staying in. Plenty of room for 6 people although the upstairs bathroom is a little small. Walking distance to Cranmore Adventure Park in the summer and short driving distance to the lovely town of North Conway. I did feel like the outdoor photos eluded to a little more privacy and space between any neighbors. It was actually in a neighborhood with many homes but it was still quiet and we saw deer come right up to the house. We did run into an issue trying to get in with our pre-selected door code. It didn't work and it took a few minutes to try to contact someone to get in. I feel like they may not have changed the code after the last visitor checked out because the code we used during the trip was not the one we pre-selected.

We had such an amazing trip! The home was clean, cozy, very functional and made for a very comfortable vaca with our 1 and 4 year old children. The house came with a pack and play for our baby which was great. The property is also a very short drive to the town of North Conway which offers adorable restaurants, coffee shops, a playground and cute boutiques! Definitely recommend this house!

The property was very convenient for skiing at cranmore and perfect size for our family. It was very clean and cozy and largely well stocked (only thing we could have used more = paper towels and towels). It was hard to do a 9am checkout on a Sunday ski day so keep this early check out in mind if you plan to rent here.

We planned a short elopement trip to the White Mountains, and this location was the perfect spot. You can tell they take great care of the home, it looks practically untouched. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to come back for a longer timeframe - totally worth it!

Loved this property. The location was awesome! Perfect size for a family of 4. Had everything we needed on hand. Property manager was quick to reply to my questions. The check in process was the only minor issue in that the times listed did not match what we were told. Will definitely seek this place out next time we head to North Conway.

We had such an amazing time at this cute chalet! Everything was so clean and neat when we arrived, and the owner was great at including information on the fridge of everything we needed. The owner was so great at accommodating our needs, and we have no doubt we’ll be booking this place again next year! 100% recommend!
