Spacious, peaceful home with three bedrooms. (two king beds and a queen) The open floor plan of this clean modern home is wonderful for enjoying the company of friends and family. The home is in a safe family oriented neighborhood.

The kitchen is well-stocked and excellent for cooking and entertaining.

It was a very quiet neighborhood. Door code was easy and the house was beautiful. I had to contact owner for WiFi code but she responded immediately. Will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It felt homey and had most everything we needed, including a high chair and portable play pen. We did not "cook" any meals, but it has everything you'd want if you like to do that. It was well stocked with paper goods. I would stay here again. Nice setup for families with kids. Our 20 month old loved the play area in the back.

This was our second time staying and it was perfect for our needs. Having a fenced yard was our priority for traveling with a dog and this house provided that security to let the dog roam free.

The house was a perfect stay for our family and dogs. It was nicely updated with all the amenities needed. The backyard gave the kids and dogs plenty of room to exhaust their energy. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host was very quick to respond before and during the check-in process as well as a few questions we had during the stay.

Here is one thing that can be improved. I invited family for a cookout b/c the property showed a grill. However, the grill was falling apart. Also, there were tables in the backyard with chairs and a hammock that was not available to me. So when I invited family over I had to rent chairs, tables and work with a grill that was falling apart. If these items are not available and another grill is not provided, please take them off the phots and release new photes with out these item or replace the items in the phots so that an accurate description is shown of what is available. Weather while there was beautiful, so I wanted to take advantage of inviting family over for a barbeque, but it was an estra expense to rent tables and chairs. Additionally, the garage and backyard was not cleaned, I took the time to take care of this myself. As far as the house was concerned it was in great shape and fully cleaned. I had no problems using anything is the house. But above everything I had a pluming issue but was able to get a hold of the owner when problems arose and they were taken care of.. This is the second time I’ve rented this house on Vrbo. The beds are comfortable. It has nice TVs and a fully equipped nice kitchen. The house is newly remodeled inside. The owner is very accommodating.

This property was simply put, amazing for our family! We were in town celebrating grandfathers 92nd birthday and the house was large enough for extended family and a young child. The swing set in the backyard added house of entertainment for our toddler and the kitchen/dining allowed for us to have big family meals. The house was super clean and Carol as fantastic with communication. We loved being in a neighbor that was walkable with many amenities close by (grocery store, restaurant, kids play space). Thanks Carol, for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this house. They went above and beyond on the little touches for it being a rental. The master bedroom mattress was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on in a long time! Kids loved the swing and we all loved the neat fireplace!

Everything about Carol’s house was great!! Beautiful home, lots of space, nicely decorated and updated. Kitchen was well-stocked for anything you’d need for cooking (even a KitchenAid!) and some kids books and toys were available (also a highchair). Very clean. We really had no problems with anything and would recommend to anyone!

This home is so nice, clean, and well decorated! Plus it has everything you could need and really feels like home - cozy and inviting. The owner was very kind and helpful, too. The neighborhood was calm, house is very easy to find, and it was a quick drive to get to whatever store we needed. The beds were really comfy and the rooms had plenty of blankets, pillows, and closet space. Backyard was perfect for our kids! They loved the porch swing and the playset. Highly recommend staying here!

We attended the Timed event Championship at the Lazy E Arena. The house was within 20 miles of the arena & we had no problem coming and going between performances. The beds are very comfortable & we had plenty of towels for showers. Also, cooking & preparing a meal would not be a problem. There is plenty of cookware & dinnerware. Carolyn was easy to contact before & after our stay. She also owns 3 more houses for rentals. Everything was great and met our expectations. We would rent this home again.
