About this apartment rental
Recently fully renovated spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a beautiful historic building without lift. Located in the heart of the Old city center. In a quiet street, just around the corner of Placa del Vi and La Rambla. The ideal place to enjoy and discover this great city full of history and culture.
Spacious, comfortable and beautifully renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms. An open kitchen with all modern conveniences and a wonderful spacious living room with sofa bed and large dining table. There is a spacious bathroom with a second toilet and a spacious and very comfortable shower. There is of course wide screen TV and WiFi with fast internet.There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and high-quality materials and equipment have been used. Much attention has been paid to maintaining the authenticity of the apartment and building. And that is certainly visible!
Notes:
The apartment is in the heart of the old town, which is partially closed to traffic and where it is forbidden to park. By car you can only enter the old town 3 times per quarter year. For example, for the check-in and for the check-out. You can stop in front of our office to unload your luggage quickly. Furthermore, it is important to know that there is no elevator in the building. Stairwell, however, is spacious enough to bring bikes up.
A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00h, we will be there for you.
Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included on the price.

My family of 5 stayed for 2 nights in the apartment for a short trip to Girona. The apartment is in a great location in Old Town Girona. The apartment is an old building but has been nicely taken care of. The only issue with the apartment is that there are some loose tiles on the floor (but the tiles are beautiful).Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone spending time in Old Town Girona.

The condo unit is in a perfect location in the old town with access to numerous bars and restaurants as well as convenient shopping for groceries.
The unit does need some minor repairs (e.g. toilet seats loose and refrigerator door cover not attached) but otherwise an excellent rental. One additional improvement can be the wifi coverage for n the bedrooms. In the main living area the wifi coverage is excellent and very fast.

Girona is a beautiful city and this apartment is well situated in the old part of town. A note: as we walked around, we saw that there were hotels (and probably other airbnb's) in the upper part of Girona--and saw a few families trudging up steep cobblestone medieval streets with roller suitcases and strollers. This apartment is in the lower town, so you won't have to climb hills or stairs to get there. It's located in a shopping and dining area that makes it fun to simply step outside.And it's beautifully restored and furnished.

He was very helpful and went through the map of Girona showing us restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was 2 mins from here and Marco walked us there.. went through the apartment showing us all the rooms and facilities. We were extremely delighted with this apartment.. 3 spacious bedrooms.. 2 bathrooms.. kitchen dining and living area spacious and very clean. it's as it is in the photos.. 2 balconies opening from the kitchen. Great area, apartment is situated right in the old town and so close beside all amenities. as a group of 6 ladies this apartment had lots of mirrors and plug sockets for getting ready at. También nos gestionaron el parking y nos fue de una gran ayuda.Tres sitios donde comimos a recomendar:El restaurante Blanc -con un menú y servicio buenísimo-, el café La Fabrica -con un café, tostas, bagels y ambiente excelentes-, y la Creperie Bretonne -buenísima y muy acogedora-, todo cerca y muy recomendable.Volveremos a Girona y nos alojaremos en Bravissimo, seguro, porque nos queda todavía muchísimo por descubrir..., gracias y hasta pronto!!

The only issue was with the parking, it was very difficult to find free parking in the city. The company told me that free parking was available within a 10 min walk. There was indeed a free parking area but it was always full.
My advice use the paid parking near the apartment.
