Wir hatten einen schoenen Aufenthalt in der sehr grosszuegigen Wohnung.

Die Lage und Ausstattung waren gut. Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter, Problemloesung per Telefon

Wir hatten Ameisen in einem Schlafzimmer. Es gab zu wenig Kleiderbuegel und zu wenig Besteck. Fruehstuecksbrettchen lagen verschimmelt im Schrank. Die Probleme wurden per Telefonanruf geloest.

لايوجدبه افطار لانها شقه وللاسف توجد شي لصعوبه بالتواصل معهم والاستجابه

المنطقه بها حراميه اخر الليل احذرو من سرقة جوالاتكم لان الشرطه لاتخدمكم ابدا ولا يوجد كميرات كافيه بالحي لكشف السراق .

Very comfortable and nice appartment.

The location is great - close to jubelee line , only 3-4 stops to the center. The appartment is new, nicely furnished, comfortable, next to park, warm. The check in is by taking the keys from a store (there might be delay depends on the cleening, so may bebit is good to spot the arrival time in advance , so the cleaning lady can plan. There is a coffee machine and free coffee

Not that I didn’t like, but more like notice and information: There is depostit the needs to be blocked, however it is because there were stolen fuurnitures before (so I can understand). The kitchen has some basic equipment - there us no griddle and no basic kitchen herbs (like solt and sugar). The appartment we were (2rooms with 2 bathrooms) is for 4-5 people max. Sofa in the living room is for one person, it can not strech. Everything is great at the apartment, those are just notices.

Wonderful stay at a fully equipped 3 bed/4 bath house.

Live up to its name Executive apartments. 3 bedrooms and 4 baths are great, the house is also spacious and bright. Love it.

Location could be more central but it is near Jubilee Line which get you to London Bridge, Westminster and Buckingham Palace.

Not happy with the stay and communication about security deposit and additional services.

The basic services and facilities were all at an additional cost which was extremely expensive such as additional towels.

Large apartment with all the facilities, including washing machine, good beds, clean and comfortable.

Very nice location, next to a park. The neighborhood along the Thames Path was great, with bakery and pub and all.

Highly recommend. Value for money and rare place to find.

Great location. This penthouse is located on 5th Fl. with great view and private access. It is also very quiet and cozy. Walking distance to Tube station and Sainsbury's local (around two blocks away). Next to big public park (unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy!!). Easy access to bus station. Overall the place is well equipped and looked exactly like the photos. Very clean and well maintained. We (family of four) were very cozy and comfortable in this place. The staffs (Gina and Bianca) are very helpful and responsive. Our check in process also well arranged and smooth.

The only thing that we did not like is the toilet flushing system as water mechanism was not strong enough and the button is not very convenient to press. Eventually we ended up by using more water than it should be.

Great home base for our 3 week adventure!

Very convenient to Bermondsey Underground station and a quick ride to Westminster and Central London. AC worked well the few warm days we experienced. Had everything we needed including a washer/dryer combo and a drying rack. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, etc. The security of the building was great and the surrounding area was perfect. Easy walk to convenience store and grocery store.

The apartment was one of the highlights of our London visit. We loved it!

The apartment was pristine...mirrors, windows, counters...so clean! Loved the view of the park from our balcony. Windows on three full sides made it open and airy. Plenty of space in the living area, and kitchen was beautiful. Undergound and grocery were just a few blocks away, and we walked to the river, where we could see Tower Bridge. A wonderful experience!

No directions for how to turn on stove, oven (how should we know about the switch in the cupboard?), and--especially--washer/dryer. We found the manuals later accidently in a drawer, but didn't know they were there. A card with simple, basic instructions on a counter would be helpful. Also, paper in both toilets often took several flushes (even when we were careful to use less), and sink drains were sluggish. Would be nice to have a dustpan. We never saw our hosts, but picked up the keys from a nearby store with no problem.

Location was great, great room sizes and it was good to have ac during the summer

Wish they provided a few more items like oil, salt and pepper etc, so that we didn’t have to buy everything from the shops.

Very poor

New apartment with good location

We were at 5 floor and elevator went out. Despite repeated requests no help came from the property guy. I had to do up and down several times with 6yr olds. Not to mention had to bring all luggages down manually When I requested for compensation, property refused claiming it wasn’t their fault Really poor customer service

Stylish apartment in an excellent location

The view from the terrace is outstanding. We loved the location and the apartment was very clean.

The mattresses are very soft and I noted a lot of movement from my partner — better quality mattresses would make this a 10/10 experience.

perfect place to stay only 10 minutes tube ride to London centre.

The location was ideal with the underground and shops a short walk away. our 3 bed apartment was very roomy and had all the facilities you need for a family stay.

Exceptional

The apartment was very clean and tidy providing us all the services as described when we made the reservation.The location was perfect next to Bermondsey Underground Metro Station and close to the city center. The staff was very helpful and polite giving us all the necessary information and willing to help us when we need something. I would definitely recommend it if you are planning to visit London.

Very nice apartment

Reservation process: After making reservations via Booking, a long process was required, including the transfer of passport, address and credit card details (1st stage) and afterwards filling a registration form (2nd stage), despite 100% pre-payment for the reservation. Acknowledgement of the reservation and release of the apartment EXACT address was done only 24 hours prior to arrival.

Almost like home

The location was excellent. The tube is within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood supermarket was adequate,. There are shops nearby selling fish & chips and fried chicken. The house is very comfortable and easily accommodated six of us. The house is situated next to the Southwark Park and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven and induction stove, all very new although I would have appreciated a rice cooker too, being Chinese.

Nothing Suggestions for further improvement; 1. Hooks on bathroom doors for hanging clothes 2. Instructions on how to lock the front door (we couldn't do it on the first night)

Good Apartment

Close to Bermondsey tube station and Ali Don bridge and next to Southwark park. Late key pickup- midnight was easily arranged. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ideal for two couples.

Perfect stay in Bermondsay

We had an excellent really nice apartment, a lot of light due to the big windows. We also enjoyed the huge terrace. The location is great, just at the park and a few steps to the Thames. Tube station Bermondsay is a 5 min walk and also busses are available just at the street. Checkin worked perfect and the friendly host can always be reached. The host organized a parking space for our car, and we had one just nearby the apartment. In the middle of our stay our apartment was cleaned. Just perfect. We would like to come again.
