About this apartment rental

Apartment type 3 (70 m²) on the 1st floor, ideally located in hyper city center of Epernay, in a secure residence and in the heart of a quiet area. The apartment includes living room with open and equipped kitchen, opening onto a comfortable and sheltered balcony, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, WC, small linen room. Modern and functional, ideal for a stay in the capital of Champagne! Beds will be made upon arrival. You will have at your disposal: towels and all the essentials. Close to all the shops in the city center: Saturday morning market (1 min walk) bakery, butcher, bars / restaurants, shops, shopping, cellar visits ... The Avenue de Champagne is very close (3min) but you will be far from its noise and traffic. City covered by 4G - Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne classified as UNESCO World Heritage. The apartment is located in a residence in the heart of the city center, access is by crossing several doors: exterior door with code (which I will communicate to you), SAS with key box then the door giving access to the 'apartment. If you are by car: the easiest way is to arrive near Place Carnot, the apartment is located just before the entrance to the underground car park. There are free places nearby in rue Léger Bertin. Places are available in front of the apartment but paying from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 7 p.m. The neighborhood and the city are very safe so don't worry about your vehicle. For more details, the apartment is located behind Place Bernard-Stasi (formerly Place des Arcades) at the foot of the apartment, it is a pedestrian zone, it says "firefighter access" on the ground, the door of the building is red and just opposite there is a crèche called "les petits bouchons" For the delivery of keys 2 solutions are available to you: The first, we meet in front of the apartment. I will give you a full set of keys on your arrival after visiting the accommodation, explanations and advice. Keep me informed for the time of your arrival that I can receive you in the best conditions. The second, I suggest you collect the keys in my absence: once outside the door of the building, there is an access code that I will communicate to you. Once in the apartment, you will have at your disposal all the information on the city, tourist outings, flayers from the tourist office with all the activities of the moment, a map of the city. My Wi-Fi code will also be available to you. I can also advise you on outings, bars and visits not to be missed. At your disposal: In the entrance: a chest of drawers - the first is for flyers from the tourist office, you can use In the bathroom: full storage on the left side of the cabinet In the back bedroom: a low cabinet to store your clothes and small belongings. In the kitchen: Kitchen elements, induction hob with pots, pans, extractor hood, fridge, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, champagne glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, bowls, glasses, taffy -cork, bottle opener, table with 6 chairs… In the living room: a corner sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, WiFi… The apartment is in very good condition and clean. I count on the future occupants to leave it in the same state when leaving without any damage or theft. I insist on respecting the neighbors, nighttime noise and excessive noise are not allowed in my house. This is a great apartment - spacious and comfortable! Walking distance to many wonderful things in Champagne region. We did have a bit of trouble figuring out how to access the apartment first time. The directions are fairly clear, but when we saw “Doctor’s Office” on front access door we thought it was a business and unsure how to proceed. Got it sorted out - only suggestion would be to add a bit more information and specifics about entry process.

The apartment was extremely convenient, but the place seems to be full of personal effects including toiletries and medicines etc so feels like it's someone's home which is then released for any particular rental rather than a rental property.

Prima locatie, mooie ruimte. Enkele aanpassingen zijn wel gewenst, plattegrond van Epernay zou fijn zijn geweest [VVV nog gesloten] is een aardige service. Geen informatie van appartement aanwezig over te gebruiken apparatuur zoals kachel en dergelijke en geen WiFi: jammer. Heel praktisch punt: betere gordijnen i.v.m. inkijk en tafel, goed, repareren. Misschien hebben wij iets verkeerd gedaan maar geen nummer van eigenaar of contact persoon gehad alles is goed gegaan, we hebben super dagen gehad in Epernay en Reims maar een mobiel nummer voor het geval dat, hoort er wel bij.
