Nicely appointed condo with all the bells and whistles. Very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Enjoyed the community pool, Jacuzzi and of course beautiful beaches. We were able to easily whip up a few meals in the amply equipped kitchen.

We absolutely loved the view! Great view of the ocean and beach from the bedrooms, living room and the balcony! Very clean and very spacious condo! We loved all the amenities! We loved the pool and sun deck! We come to Hilton Head every year and this has been our favorite place we have stayed at! We will definitely be back.

Most beautiful Palmetto Dunes property I have ever stayed at! The room was so clean and had everything we needed! The view was amazing and we loved taking the stairs that landed right at walkway to the beach! The two bedrooms were very specious!! We will be back!!! Oh the decor was gorgeous!!

This was our third time to stay in this unit and will definitely stay there again. One of the nicest Hampton Place we have stayed in. It has always been nice but prior to our last stay the tv’s and beds have all been replaced. Kudos to the owners for sharing their beautiful place with us.

We have stayed at various condos at Palmetto Dunes over the past 20 yrs. This one was arguably the best in all respects. The rooms were well furnished with quality, sturdy and comfortable furniture, the beds were very comfortable , and the bathrooms both recently updated with better than average showers. The little extras were most noticeable, like the Henkel knives in the kitchen that were actually sharp, there was a back-up Keurig in addition to the drip coffee maker, the spacious walk in closets and ample drawers that let us really move in. The only drawback was the balcony was a little smaller than some, but a beautiful view of the property and ocean was delightful at night. In short, everything worked and was just a little bit better than expected.

It was lovely! Great view of the ocean. Easy access to pool and ocean. Everything was clean and organized. Everything we needed! Would have been nice if tissues were provided, and more trash bags. Also, maybe highlight after hours check in a little better.

Hampton Place is THE Best place to stay on the Island . We have always had a good visit to the Island. However, we have found Hampton Place suits our needs and lifestyle better than any other. The local VACASA team are also exception. Perfect experience all the way around.

This unit in Palmetto Dunes is fantastic in a great location. Ocean views from both bedrooms and living area. The unit was really nice, lots of space with high ceilings. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need. Huge master bathroom with walk in closet. Really nice pool area and you can’t beat how close the beach/ocean is to the unit. Just a short walk and you’re right at the beautiful beach. I absolutely loved this place and would definitely try to stay in this unit again.

The property, Hampton Place, is meticulously maintained, every inch is clean and taken care of. This unit, 6407 was terrific, current, clean, well equipped and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Probably the nicest unit I have rented in the many years of coming to HHI.

Easy access to beach and pool. Centrally located for all activities and needs Property was clean and comfortable. We really liked the luggage carts to transport luggage to and from the unit. All appliances up to date. My family didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, spacious, very clean and the pictures can not capture the amazing views from every room the oceanfront is gorgeous.The pool area is peaceful and easy to enjoy....3 pools and an expansive hot tub. White sand perfectly manicured beachfront and landscaping is tropical.My Mother's day weekend was heavenly.Nothing but good vibes in all aspects at this gorgeous island rental.

Location is great! Amazing view of the ocean from every window in this unit. The complex had a large heated pool, kiddie pool, lap pool, and hot tub. Hampton Place is right on the beach so very easy to go back and forth to/from the beach and pool. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and will definitely come back!

Wonderful stay but if you except to have coffee on your first morning there were no filters or welcome coffee as many rentals have or if you intend to cook just beware there are no cooking essentials beyond pots and pans. Also, it is a bit of a walk to the elevator if that is a concern.

The unit is in a great location. Most of the the unit is in food condition. However, most of the blinds were broke when we arrived.and they were dirty as well. The unit was clean but the air filter was filthy and needs to be changed.AlsoI needed to empty the dryer vent outside the until it had lint falling out which is a fire hazard. Little things like that need to be payed attention too!
