Fanstatic room and view. Will stay again, loved it being pet friendly.

Excellent location, staff very helpful and friendly. Stayed in a seaside studio, fantastic view. Very large, clean room. Had everything we needed. Very pet friendly, highly recommend and will be back.

Bed was a bit soft and sagged in the middle .

Close to beach

It was supposed to be a weekend away for our 20th wedding anniversary the weather forecast was very bad and the things we had planned we could not do as I’m in a wheelchair and it would have been very difficult for me due to weather so I randomly abode on the day of our arrival to see if I could change the date to the 19-4 only 2 weeks but was Told no and that if we did would loose 1 night accomodation fee of $323.00 as that’s how much we were paying per night .. now I understand it’s not abodes fault for the weather but a bit of compassion would have been nice.. I also work in the hotel business and we would have very happily changed the date for people .. I found the room was dirty and old dog poo stains on the carpet . All I could do was sit I’m my wheelchair looking out the window it was the worst place I’ve stayed for some time I will never go back and would never recommend them to anyone .. changing the date for us would not affected them in any way as they have plenty avail but would have made a huge different to our anniversary 🥲

Very comfortable with everything we needed.

Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Stylish decor and well thought out layout. Great to have a parking spot.

The view wasn’t as great as we’d hoped it would be so we didn’t sit on the balcony.

Comfortable enough for a single night, worth paying the little bit extra for an ocean view.

Great location right across the road from the beach. It's an atypical NSW South Coast hotel where staff don't have great hotel experience but are helpful enough without really understanding what might be expected of their site.

We had fairly low expectations and weren't disappointed by any element. There was an AC issue in our original room but the stuff were attentive and got us moved.

Lovely place for a short escape by the beach.

Great location with easy access. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were all very high, resulted in a kinked neck. Dogs in the lift and hallways and being able to hear them in nearby rooms is something I really dislike.

Clean and spacious room well finished. Bottles of water in the room were a great touch.

no pressure in the shower - no shower door which created water splash all over the floor. Needed a clothes horse, didn't realise I needed to ask reception, as usually they are supplied in all rooms.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at Abode Malua Bay! Beautiful location, very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and excellent Chinese restaurant on the ground floor. Best of all, they are pet friendly so we could bring our furry family member with us.

Will look at maybe another stay in the future.

The location was great. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed comfy Unfortunately we were there to clean out my brothers place who had passed away so we did not get much time to look around. Maybe next time.

The mugs in the unit were left a little dirty. Everything else was really good!!

Wonderful view of Malua Bay from the room. Large room and comfortable king size bed.

Small fridge with useless freezer. Our ice creams and frozen veges thawed out even though the fridge was at the correct setting.

We love the beach & it is the perfect location for us to visit as often as we can because it is only a short travel time from our home City :)

Great location and view

Location / View

Balcony area and glass railing was very dirty and looked unkept. Various marks and dirtiness obvious from previous stays, and spider webs on all mounting feet etc. Bed configuration could be improved to reverse to the opposite wall to view the ocean from the beds.
