About this house rental
Get away for a quiet, essential connection with nature in enchanting and prestigious West Sedona.
Our beautiful, spacious family home away from home is situated in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with amazing views.
The location is tough to beat.
Walk 3 mins to Teacup trailhead.
Four grocery stores, restaurants and shops are a 15-minute walk away.
Create memories in comfort.
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans if you prefer not to run the air conditioning.
All the mattresses have been reported as comfortable.
The Main bedroom has a gas fireplace and TV. The ensuite bathroom is generous with a walk-in closet.
The two bedrooms at the other end of the rancher both have a queen bed and a trundle bed, allowing two single guests to sleep comfortably in addition to the queens in each room.
The 2nd bathroom is newly renovated and has a door dividing the sinks, shower/tub, and toilet area.
The 4th room is an office/media room with a TV and a pull-out couch with a new full-foam mattress. There is also a single bed in this room.
Bedside lamps have USB ports for convenience.
We have an ottoman on wheels in the living area that pulls out into a twin.
The living room has a gas fireplace, TV, and a comfortable luxury leather reclining sectional couch.
The dining room table has two extensions and can sit up to 12 easily.
The Kitchen has new large appliances plus a coffee maker, bodem, coffee grinder, electric kettle, juicer, Nutri bullet blender and Instapot. Soft water and reverse osmosis drinking water. Oh yeah!
The washer and dryer are extra large and new.
The double garage allows for safe bike storage; if you are a mountain biker like us, you might be interested in the bike stand and the garden hose.
Outside the patio are a BBQ and (beer) fridge, plenty of seating and a sectional with an excellent table for card games. There is a good space for outdoor yoga; we supply two yoga mats and one roller. It is a private backyard because no one has yet built on the lots behind our home.
We also supply a high chair, booster seat, playpen, baby bath and toys for little ones.
Sorry, no weddings, receptions, conferences, retreats, or parties, respecting the land use code and our quiet neighbourhood.

I wish we had more time at this beautiful house!! We traveled with two toddlers and had everything we needed. They LOVED all the toys. The view from the backyard was great. Large living space for a group of 7 to all enjoy. Kitchen had all necessities. Very close to everything. Highly recommend!

My parents, husband and I travelled to Sedona for the first time, and we could not have had a better location.
During our stay we ventured out to the Grand Canyon South Rim, Holy Cross Cathedral, West rim, along with some other neighboring towns. Every day on our return we were complimenting the views, privacy, home amenities, and serenity that welcomed us.. the vacation home was beyond fantastic!
My husband and I plan to return ourselves, and even though it is much larger than needed, we anticipate going back to Hilary & John's home in light of what we've experienced.
Thank you both for helping us obtain wonderful memories while in Sedona.

Hillary and John were wonderful hosts. The check in process was smooth. They were very responsive with any communication via text or the Vrbo app. The home was amazing. So much charm and amenities. The view or the red rocks in the back yard is stunning. Not too far from the center of Sedona. But close enough to drop our teenagers off for an afternoon and get them later. Close to groceries and restaurants in west Sedona. Really I can’t say enough about this house. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 teens). And we had enough room to relax and eat.

This home is in an excellent location, very close to many of the popular hiking trails, restaurants and markets. The home is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Owners were easy to get a hold of if needed. This is a big home with lots of sleeping spaces for big families or friends.

Our family does a yearly get together after Christmas.We couldn’t gather at my home because, I am working in Sedona this year. So, we rented this property. It was a great space for 10 adults to hang out, eat, drink and be merry. I was hesitant to do this get together as my children are adults and it’s very difficult to get everyone together at the same time. They all came and we had such a glorious time that they asked me to book this house again, for next year. ❤️

It’s the best place we’ve stayed in our 3 visits to Sedona. Very spacious beautiful home in a great location close to everything with great hosts. The backyard has a grassy area for our little doggies to run around. You can also relax outside on the lounge chairs and star gaze all night. I would definitely want to come back here on my next visit to Sedona. It’s the perfect home away from home.

This home was ideal for my family of six as we visited Sedona and the Grand Canyon for a week. The two wings afforded privacy while the common areas were spacious for all of us.

Well we got stuck driveway was full of snow and then we had to shovel the drive way with broom and I rake. There’s more but not worth speaking of cause the cleaning fee was refunded but The Bride was stressed out. But over all we made the best of it and was a good weekend

My partner and I Had the opportunity to visit AZ while doing a working vacation. So we needed a larger place with good work space with good Wi-Fi. The fact that this home was also gorgeous, comfortable and had a great view made it a winner in our book. Property was well maintained and well stocked and had more than I could ask for in a home let alone a rental. Hosts were quick to respond with any communications. Would absolutely stay here again

A wonderful place to stay for our group of 5 adult family members and one adult retriever. Everything we needed to cook was available and there are many restaurants and grocery stores close by to obtain any food cuisine you may desire. The property is located in a neighborhood so it is easy to take walks and to venture to local walking paths just beyond the neighborhood that extend into the mountains. I highly recommend this property for your Sedona visit.

We were a group of 9 and the house could not have been better! Room for all of us around the table (inside and outside). The beds were great as were the bathrooms. It had everything we needed. And the view from the backyard was breathtaking!!

Just what we needed
The location and condition of the property were both great. Weather was odd and on cold/rainy/snowy when we were there and we loved having the fireplace to warm up next to after exploring Sedona and the surrounding area. We also liked the close proximity to trails and the peace park.

This is a well appointed, well managed property in a great location. The property was clean and everything was in good working order. Although the location is in a neighborhood it was quiet and offered nice views, easy access to trails and stores are close by.

Good stay!
Beautiful house, conviently located right with trailheads right off the backyard and grocery stores right around the corner. Only minor compliant was that we couldn't check in until after 4pm and when we got in and ready to make dinner the oven was locked for a 4 hour self clean and the refrigerator was in demo mode and not cold. It made the kitchen useless the first day and the groceries we got earlier that day were a little questionable the rest of the weekend. Other than that the house was more than comfortable and we loved sitting outside in the backyard taking in the views and exploring the surrounding area!

Perfect home for a family and friend get together
The house was great. 2 blocks from a trailhead which allows access to miles of hiking and biking trails, so no need to find trailhead parking. Half mile from restaurants and grocery stores. The backyard views are incredible and the yard is great for dogs. The place was clean and comfortable. One of the best home rental experiences I've had.

Great spot in beautiful Sedona!
Great property in a convenient West Sedona location. Close to everything and the views from the backyard can’t be beat! Comfortably accommodated our group of 9 with lots of beds and lots of space for everyone. Owners were wonderful, very responsive when we had questions. They have a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our weekend at “The Loaf.”

Family Loved It
This house was exactly what my family was looking for. Plenty of room and beautiful views. It is convenient to all restaurants and activities in Sedona that visitors would want to check out. The views from the backyard were amazing and there was enough room for dogs to play. The neighborhood was quiet and was great for walking our pups too. We are early risers and had the pleasure of seeing some wildlife behind the walls of the backyard while enjoying the cool mornings.
The house was clean and the owners were attentive and responded to questions very quickly. I would stay here again!

Beautiful Location
We had a great time visiting Sedona. I could soak in those views from the backyard all-day. Our timing was not great, as fires closed the national forest. So although we could see the parklands we could not explore the trails. We made the best of it and day tripped around to avoid the smoke. We really liked Cottonwood (20 min away) had a great downtown and was less touristy than Sedona.
About the house (other than the views). The rooms were a good size and the trundle beds worked great and were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and great for meal prep or spreading around the takeout. I like to cook so I appreciated the sharp knifes plenty of pots and pans. Appliances were new and big enough to handle all our food and dishes. The backyard was grass and a good size for the kids to run around and play. The house is also centrally located, just a $10 uber ride to downtown.
If you read this far into the review you're like me and looking for something negative. If I was to nitpick it'd be on the lighting. Some bulbs are warm tones and others bright white on the same switch. Lighting the house up at night left you feeling a little disorientated. The guest bath is also not updated, but totally functional. Overall a great house in the heart of a really fun place to visit. I hope to be back again soon.

A nice getaway with a peaceful patio looking at Coffee Pot Rock. Our Dogs enjoyed the backyard. It would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the TV remotes since it was an Apple TV. Great location; close to groceries and restaurants.

“The Loaf” as the owners so loving call their home was just as we expected. A home away from home, in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. The house was clean, well stocked, and provided a comfortable place for our family to relax when we came back from enjoying the area’s attractions.

Stayed here with family to hike and bike. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Whole Foods and Bashas super nearby. We had some minor issues with the house; owners are stuck in Canada due to coronavirus but were very responsive.
