Ni para recomendar

La limpieza, diaria en la habitación estuvo bien y la alberca.

Todo mal, es una mala experiencia que no quiero volver a pasar, no hay lo que prometen en la aplicación, ni tina, con trabajo y nos dejaron 2 toallas e hice una reserva para 2 adultos y un menor. La cama no es lo que dicen. La recepcionista que nos atendió argumento que la aplicación es la que da mal la información y que no se ha podido arreglar.

la ubicación esta super bien, ya que para movernos al evento que fuimos solo teníamos que cruzar la calle

los muebles, ya son muy viejos, por ejemplo los cajones se salían de sus rieles, y el cancel de la regadera tenía una fuga que cuando nos bañábamos se inundaba la parte de la taza de baño.

Bueno, pero falta seguridad.

La ubicación, hay lugares para comer muy cerca. La plaza esta muy cerca también y el transporte público esta justo saliendo del hotel.

Intentaron abrir nuestra habitación. No supimos si fue algún huésped en estado de ebriedad o si era algún delincuente, afortunadamente no pudieron entrar. Escuchamos como hacia lo mismo con otra habitación.

Sencillo, comodo, limpio y familiar.

Nos hospedamos por emergencia xq nos cambiaron el vuelo un dia antes y nuestra reserva de la semana era en resort, pero fue amable el de recepcion , nos dio cuarto en la madrugada y lo que mas me gusto fue ..Su ubicación, es sencillo pero limpio y cómodo, tiene un oxxo 24 hrs casi al lado y un restaurante al lado del oxxo también muy bueno y a pie del blvd de modo que no batallas con transporte

2 conexiones para poder cargar el celular en una habitación de 3 camas , no nos quisieron dar la contraseña de internet que por qué no había servicio en la zona y en la página decía que si tenía internet ,estubimos con la habitación sucia ya que no sabíamos que debíamos entregar la llave para que hicieran la limpiezas

no tienen internet. Necesite internet justo en la noche de mi estadía y no había el servicio, que por internet si lo ofertaban. La ducha tenía muy poca presión de agua, si era atemperada pero casi caia a gotas.

Danger. Do not stay here. My motorbike tyre was let down by an employee of the adjoining restaurant. I nearly crashed at 80kmh. When I requested footage from the security cameras, I was told no.

Think twice

The room is big but it is empty, just the beds and a chair. The location is ok, but there are other hotels with better service around that area.

We booked a room for 6, yet we only get 3 towels, staff told us it was because the towels were according to the number of beds not the number of persons. The staff is highly inattentive, during and after the stay. During the stay, it was difficult to find someone who could help with simple things. After the stay, they do not answer the phone, the emails, it has been really problematic to get my invoice. They don't even answer to the Booking.com staff nor to the hotel chain they belong to. I don't recommend it because if you encounter any issue you will find it extremely difficult to get help.

Honestly just the price, but you get what you pay for!

The location is far from any fun activities, the hotel uses actual keys that can easily be duplicated. The pillows had old mucus stains, the bed sheets where rough and itchy. The place was noisy and you can hear EVERYTHING! happening outside and in the rooms around you. They didn’t have a working WiFi, no hot water and parking is very limited.

It was easy to find & staff was accommodating.

The beds were very old & broken with one side that completely sunk in. The afternoon sun & road noise was too much, we requested to move to the opposite side to see the back garden & pool, which was much better.

Cleand and spacious room

Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, air conditioning, well located if you arrive by car.

The hotel is located next to the motorway, so it's a bit noisy but with earplugs it was perfectly fine.
