Regret spending money on condo but did enjoy the beach part.

The ocean view was nice if you don’t mind also seeing construction Enjoyed the private beach.

Multiple issues ranging from no TV/internet service to the overall run down condition of the condo. Places had mold/rust/filth. Furniture was not comfortable. Staff was friendly but not able to solve any issues. Way overpriced. You also hear every move neighbors above you make. Several pictures sent to property manager in hopes they make improvements for future guest but we will not return.

Amazing

Very cozy place beach is right behind had a blast will plan to visit again in the future

I think an extra blanket inside the closet would bring happiness into the next guess just incase they forgot theirs at home

The condo provided comfortable lodging with amazing beach views and access.

Gorgeous Ocean view and beach access! We saw dolphins from the balcony. Great location right on the ocean side of 30a, perfect size place for 2 people. The area has many state parks, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes.

The property needs a couple small things: *dish soap and laundry detergent were provided, but no dishwasher soap or coffee filters *the bed needs a comforter, there was only a sheet and bedspread was the thickness of a second sheet *bed could use a new mattress *minor paint touch ups needed

Passable

The location is lovely except that currently 2 large new homes are being built next to Ramsgate. Lots of sawing, hammering, etc. The picture in the ad for Ramsgate 4 that shows greenery outside the wall of windows is now construction materials. I would likely return to this unit a year from now though. I hate for these property owners to suffer loss.

Cynthia Wade at Vacasa office was not at all concerned about the noisiness and inaccuracy of the ad. Absolutely no empathy or people skills.

Very good

Great location right on the beach, We had a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. It was very peaceful.
