Walk into the massive open plan living area and you’re instantly greeted by the sitting area zone where there’s enough seating for 10 based around the gas fireplace. The vaulted ceilings and open staircase to the upper level create space and the large floor to ceiling windows offer endless views of Table Rock Lake beyond.
The open plan kitchen is big enough to hold enough cooking utensils and crockery to cater for 24 guests and is fully equipped with quality appliances including two refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, and wet bar.
The large island offers more space for food prep and has seating for six.
The dining area, with stunning views, can accommodate up to 24 guests - split over three tables - perfect for hosting a family dinner or special event.
GAMES ROOM
In the basement, the open plan area features Golden Tee and other arcade games, a pool table, Pop-A-Shot, foosball, board games and an Xbox with a 65” TV. The large L shaped sofa is perfect for lounging moments and a door leads out to the patio with seating for four, for a place to take in these stunning lake views.
OUTDOORS
The views over Table Rock Lake are spectacular from a pretty special outdoor patio area that leads off from the open plan kitchen/ living area.
There’s super comfy seating for 14 guests including a breakout sofa area, a dining table with seating for six, and Adirondack chairs. The space is big, open and the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco evenings with stunning sunsets as a backdrop.

We loved the spaciousness, gameroom, two decks, view of the lake, and the cleanliness. There were 18 of us—all adults, and it was our favorite out of the 25 places where we have vacationed!

We booked this house for us, our 3daughters and their families. There were 14 of us. The house was perfect! The grandkids enjoyed the arcades , etc. in the basement. We all enjoyed the big deck with seating for us all. We spent a lot of time out there. We used the pool twice & enjoyed that. We found everything we needed & more. We highly recommend this house & Brianna, our host was easy to work with!

Very nice house, loved the covered, enclosed porch so we did not have to worry about babies and stairs. We also loved having several tables, one was our game table. Not much food storage space so huge island was nice. Very very close to Silver Dollar City and the kids enjoyed the pool.

This was the perfect property for our family of 14. We used every bed except one twin size sofa bed. We enjoyed the extra space that allowed us to spread out after a long day of entertainment away from the house. The kitchen was well appointed for all the baking/cooking we did. We did bring our own Keurig rather than using ground coffee in the pots at the house. Be sure and bring EVERYTHING you might need for meal prep including salt and pepper. There was a spice rack but most of the jars were empty. We had a great stay and appreciated Brianna’s quick response to all of our questions before we arrived. We will be back!

This house was the perfect place to reunite our family after a hardship separated some of us for 13 years. Some of the kids never met their bigcousins until this trip. The game room on the lower level made everyone instantly bond like they had known each other forever. We stayed over Thanksgiving and managed to make 2 turkeys, a ham, a birthday cake and all the fixings on one range. It was a Thanksgiving miracle, every second of it! 8 bedrooms and 6 baths gave us enough privacy but the large living areas brought us together. Thank you sooo much. I’m bawling as I write this😭

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 8 kids. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The games downstairs were great for our kids. The patio was where we spent most of our time as it was cool and set up nicely!
The host was great and super responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again and again!

This was the perfect place to stay! The bedroom setup was perfect for our family dynamics. The house was spacious and very clean. Whether we were having a meal together or playing games or just visiting and relaxing, there was room for everyone. The view of the lake was beautiful to wake up with and see as the sun went down. When we arrived our unit was already occupied by another family and manager did not have our name on her reservation list. Brianna and her crew did go out of their way to find us a different house to stay in in the same neighborhood which saved the vacation. The replacement house was brand new and was missing items and took longer to check in because it still in the process of being stocked and cleaned. Brianna and the crew stayed late to get the house ready and kept in contact during the week to furnish various items for us. Overall, we had a excellent vacation.

Our family had an amazing stay! We had 6 families with 11 adults and 8 kids ranging from 9 months to 9 years and this house was perfect! The bedrooms are spread out, providing privacy for individual families, with spacious communal areas for big gatherings.
The community pool was a HUGE hit. The playground is no longer there, but they have a water slide in the big pool with 2 splash pads. It’s tough for little kids to walk from the house bc there is really steep hill, but would be easy for adults.
We didn’t go to Silver Dollar City because it was too hot, but it was literally a 5 minute drive. We even saw some people walking there.
The view on the back porch is gorgeous. Our favorite part of the trip was playing games at the table out back!
Brianna is a great host and always responded to my questions almost instantly. Recommend to any large groups, especially if you plan to go to SDC!

This home is large and clean. It slept 15 adults and 2 toddlers very comfortably. The game room downstairs was great for all. The views of the lake and tree covered hills from the deck is absolutely gorgeous! I could have sat on the deck the whole trip and been happy 😊. There is a 4 min uphill walk to the community pool which is large with lots of seating. This is a 2-3 min drive to Silver Dollar City and you avoid long lines of cars trying to get in which was so awesome! Brianna was very responsive and kind. No complaints- Will stay again!

I'm going to start by saying that me and my family have rented several properties in the past in different cities around the US and we were always overall happy. This was the first time we are having to leave a negative feedback.
I won’t list all the issues that we had, because it’ll be a very long review, but I will list the top THREE.
1- The rude property manager (Brianna Pharr).
2- The less than average cabin view.
3- The daily loud construction noises.
The photos that are shown on the listing paint a much nicer picture of reality. When you’re standing at the balcony looking onto the lake, most of the view is completely blocked by the properties surrounding the cabin. So, if you’re looking for a great view, you will be disappointed!
To make matters worse, there is ongoing construction surrounding the cabin from all directions and it starts at 7am every day!!
Finally, the property manager left a negative impact on all of us. She was behaving like an Entitled Karen for the most part. I have all the communication saved on my cell phone. I don’t know where to start with Brianna. I called her about a week before our check in date and asked her about the check-in instructions and she asked me to provide the property address. When I told her it’s on Amanda Paige Dr, she asked how did I know the address if I didn’t get the email!! I replied, that I figured it out on my own, but she still insisted that I tell her how, and I told her that it was a simply map zoom in, so she wasn’t

The check-in and out process was seamless and the property was as described. It was absolutely gorgeous, clean and well kept. The Host was very accessible, easy to communicate with and answered every question or concern in a timely manner. There was plenty of space for our family of twelve adults and seven kids. The adults enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake and surrounding areas and the kids enjoyed spending time in the game room; they also went into town each day and enjoyed various activities for kids. We brought kitchen utensils, pots and pans because we didn't know what to expect, but the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. Plenty of food storage with the two refrigerators. The location was great and close to activities in town such as Silver Dollar City, the Tangler Outlet Mall and other places of interest. Our family had an awesome time and if we should return to the area, we will consider staying at the property again. Thanks again for making our Family Gathering fun and eventful time.

Upstairs gets warm when outdoor temp gets to 100+ but upstairs A/C will bring it back down to 70 degrees before bedtime. Basement is plenty cold, always. TP was supplied as well as soap at all the sinks and shampoo and soap at all the showers. Trash cans were scarce, though, 1 small trash in each bathroom and 1 in kitchen...fills up quick with 20 people. Wifi worked throughout house but was strained a little for streaming or gaming purposes. Router in living room had ports for ethernet if necessary, though I didn't test it. House is built on steep hillside and there'll be no area for kids to be running around outside at the house. Didn't matter, though, they all spent every moment in the basement playing. Community pool is a walk up the hill (I drove) and it's plenty big. Water was very warm, as in approaching but not quite "unpleasant" warm. But, again, it was 100 outside. Overall, a terrific vacation house and every family felt the experience and accommodations easily exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful home, very well decorated with an incredible game room and beautiful views of Table Rock Lake! Our kids loved the arcade games in the game room and are already asking to go back! The beds were very comfortable, the home was very clean, and the location next to SDC was perfect! Will definitely be back!

So excited we found this place in Branson! We will definitely stay here again when we come back! So close to Silver Dollar City (which you need more than one day to do by the way!) Great accommodations! Kids LOVED the game room downstairs and so did the parents! View from Balcony is gorgeous! Tons of room and very nicely decorated. Only thing I would add is it needs a colander for the Kitchen and a little bench in the main floor Master Bathroom to set towels on when getting in and out of the shower. And those are only suggestions! Super place to stay!!
