Ground Level: Features a large Recroom with a pool table, TV/DVD/VCR, stereo and a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, TV and deck access and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle, TV, and deck access. Full hall bath with access to the pool deck, sauna, double laundry, and outside is the private pool and hot tub.
Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms and a Bedroom with 2 Singles that shares a bathroom with a King Bedroom. All four Bedrooms on this level have a TV, deck access and ocean views!
Top Level: King Master Bedroom with a TV, private balcony, large bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub and ocean views. Large kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 sinks, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar seating 3, dining room with ocean views and seating for 14, a breakfast/sun room with seating for 4, and a gorgeous great room with TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, and a gas fireplace.
Extras: Private Pool (16 x 31), Hot Tub (8), pool table, 9 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVDs, 2 stereos with CD, sauna, private walkway to the beach, high-speed wireless internet, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), games, gas grill, linens and towels provided, community water and Pine Island Community Amenities. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.
Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for you beach set up, weather permitting, from 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities.
