Good location. Not too busy.

There was cob webs everywhere. Couldn’t switch on the lights in one of the rooms. Beds were so uncomfortable. No access to the pool or other amenities not informed prior to booking.

We enjoyed staying in the Lyntons 3 caravan and would definitely do so if we come to Heacham again.

Very good location near the park hub, shop and beach. The caravan was spacious and cosy with plenty of kitchen equipment and - unusually for a caravan - sharp kitchen knives! We liked the room layouts and that there were lots hooks for coats and wet towels. The shower was a good size with plentiful hot water. The coastal inspired decorations and lights were a nice touch. Also good to have some local attraction brochures on hand.

Very little but if I have to think of something... a hand towel for the toilet as well as the shower room would be good. The son who slept in the right-hand double bed had a few issues with the mattress topper in the night!

It was ok for a last minute overnight stay, following 7wks of looking after my sick husband.

Property could do with a little TLC, net curtains have holes & tears in them, blind in toilet broken, door curtain not hanging properly, no sun brolly for patio table.

Very good

Beds and bedding, shower, hand soap! Sofas, dining table, TV, kitchen equipment, peace, friendly staff and hardworking. Liked the terrace but sadly weather too cold to use it this time. Liked being near the beach. Good place to drive out and sightsee. Also the facilities on site look nice but we didn't try them as was short visit.

Before we got the I was expecting as a lot of pet friendly caravans they tend to smell a bit of dogs.. But I was really pleasantly surprised there were no nasty niffs, there was everything I could have needed even t towels, towels in all the rooms, a lovely selection of biscuits tea coffee, 3 in ones we're a great idea as no need for sugar or milk, so we'll done for that 😁 there was shower gel shampoo and conditioner, such little things but it saved me packing all that as we only went for the night, all instructions were sent to me on how to use equipment and very close to all amenities, best thing was having a decking area with a gate so it was handy to have the door open knowing my furry pup is safe xx

The location

The caravan was dirty the oven wasn't clean, some of the hob rings didnt work. The gas fire didn't work we had to use heaters. The wardrobe in main room were full of bedding and the window didn't close.

a little difficult to find the site we were accused of stealing pans and a bill of 100 pounds sent they were obviously put back in a different cupboard left a little sour taste pleas be aware

We had a fantastic time and found the home to be very comfortable.

The location and the spaciousness of the motorhome. Most of what we needed was available.

We could’ve done with extra dinner plates and cutlery.

Great accommodation. We’ll be back.

Lovely and close to the beach. Mattress was very comfy. Very spacious cabin. Cute ducks roaming the park. Playground for kids.

No wifi reception so if you want to use internet you need to pay extra at reception for their wifi. Would be good to add blockout curtains as sun came streaming in at 5am.

Disappointed

Wasn’t as clean as previous caravans we’ve stayed in. Plates not clean, frying pan dirty, inside cooker door dirty, face cloth in toilet was old and not sure if it was to use to wash face or clean toilet, skirting boards dusty, Spare bedding was just dumped on the shelf in the bedroom wardrobe all untidy. Disappointed the upgraded caravan we were offered wasn’t ready due to workmen still working on it. We could have still had the upgraded but the workmen had another hours work on it and it would have been inconvenient and our dogs would have barked and barked. The decking wouldn’t have been finished any way and we wanted decking as that was what we were expecting!!

Location to beach was excellent, everybody was friendly, entertainment was good, had all the amenities we needed

We had a lovely weekend and would stay again.

The location was great , 5 minutes walk to the beach. We were lucky with the weather and made the most of the decking area.

The inside is a little dated and wouldn’t take much money spent on it to feel more homely and modern.
