great location to every thing .

Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches
( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking.

This is a great property. It’s very quiet at night and just a short walk from center of town. My only complaint was that the mattress on the bed was really firm - we had to request a mattress pad. Otherwise, everything else was great for the price. Having a filled water jug in suite was super clutch!! Tony the grounds keeper was also very helpful and attentive. Great week stay.

Everything was great. Pool was colder than one would expect. And the roof top kitchen gas was barely enough to cook eggs.
Just far enough from town to avoid the sounds of night life. And close enough it wasn’t a far walk to town. Lots of close amazing restaurants.

Our stay at Florence was a perfect getaway, very pleasant, Tony was kind and friendly and helpful. The pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach. Thank you.

The property was very well maintained and the location was excellent - away from the noise at night but close to the main beach and Playas de los Muertos and Carricitos. The check-in process was very smooth and the property manager, Tony, is very responsive with anything you might need.

Very nice, well looked after property. Tony was excellent and quick to respond if needed. As mentioned in the property description, no elevator and a short (60m) uphill walk to get to the property but if you don’t mind that, it’s definitely worth the stay!

First time in Sayulita for me, and all I can say is I’m so happy I booked at Florence!! Such a beautiful central building, clean and well taken care of. Tony is amazing and super helpful with anything and everything. Room was perfect and the pool area was so relaxing with a nice - not too cold, not too warm salt water pool. Highlight of Florence for me, is the rooftop and the amazing breakfast spots close enough for a little morning walk. 5 stars all the way, I’ll definitely be back!

This is great place to stay in Sayulita if you want to have quieter nights away from the crowds and the noise of the busy center. Well equipped hotel style room. A shower at the entry to rinse off is a huge plus. Communication was great. Tony was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We loved this building - the pool was nice and cool and refreshing after a hot day. The place was very clean and the room was simple and basic and modern (just the way we like it). The bed was comfortable and everything worked. The only downside was the location up a little hill - on a hot day this felt a bit strenuous - BUT - being a little off the beaten path was a plus - no late night bass thumping through the night. For a town with alot of construction we also lucked out - no construction noise while we were there.

A little bit out of town but if you dont a small uphill walk its great! Eldely people or parents with young kids may want a golf cart. Its worth the climb!

Great location and very clean! Great communication with the host. I hope to return.

The condo was as advertised. Tony was helpful in getting us set up. Close to town and beaches without too much noise. Was disappointed that the pool was not clean. Overall 4.5 stars.

Easy to contact the management, clean and neat place. view to the street. Close diatance to the downtown area.

Very quiet, close to beaches and town center! Tony was quick to help with any difficulties!!

This property was clean, modern, and in a great location. It was a fast walk into town, easy to walk to two different beaches, and it was in a quiet part of town. The property manager was awesome and helped us arrange a ride to and from the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern and a bit spartan Florence offers an alternative to staying in lively and noisy downtown Sayulita. A little bit of a hike to get to but not so far as to be needing one of Sayulita’s ubiquitous golf carts. Nice pool, firm full sized bed in our 1 bedroom. Overall a good value.

We had a great time. The location is carry good, close to a wonderful beach and quiet but still close to all the activity,

Sayulita was surprisingly loud, including at times this property. The concrete walls are conducive to echo and the whole town is basically under constant construction. In particular, right next to this building there is a new large condo complex going up. Of note, the building is also at the top of a fairly steep hill so for people only on foot (which we were) it was a workout to get to and from. The pool is not heated and at this time of year (Feb) it does not get any direct sun so it's cold! We were disappointed by this as we chose a place with a pool to use with our baby.
The property manager, Tony is AMAZING. He is responsive and knowledgable. He was sympathetic to our specific needs traveling with a 16 month old and helped us out quickly and regularly.

Our first time in Sayulita and found this great place with a great location away from the hubbub of the plaza but so close and convenient for when you want to get there. So close to all of the beaches especially the direct road to Playa res Muertos. Tony and his team were great and we will definitely be back. Pool was a great place for a break from the action.

Small Quiet, clean, and felt safe. Nothing real fancy, but a great place to chill. Nice view from the rooftop. Short walk to the city center. Really cool small neighborhood restaurant right down the hill. - great coffee spot nearby too.
The host Tony was awesome

This was a great spot for my husband, daughter and I for our first trip to Sayulita. It’s a bit of a walk to the beaches and town, but not bad. The place was clean and well-taken care of.

Lovely unit, exactly as described. We preferred the quieter location, close to the other beaches and cool, salt water pool.
Would like the opportunity to notify prior to arrival that we were using the sofa bed so that extra linens would be available.
Had an issue with a dripping air-conditioner unit but it was resolved before the evening. We did have to follow up a 2nd time.

I called it the best worlds of Sayulita because of the location. Every morning my husband and I went up to the patio to drink our coffee. From the huge patio you can see the town of Sayulita and the jungle.

The property was clean, friendly staff, nice shower, but needs more cooking pots/ salad bowl etc. in room, stove top burner or hot plate would have been perfect as we like to cook!

Love the location, nice unit, very basic! Could use more towels.
No work space! But overall nice.

Tony was absolutely amazing. He hooked me up with everything I needed and went above and beyond. It's clean, quiet, and away from everything. Punta Escondido is right around the corner and a perfect go to spot without having to go all the way into to town. And the backdoor jungle route to get to the VRBO is a total game changer. Thanks Tony! Will be back for sure. -CW

Beautiful property
Great location, short walk to the beach, and close to the Plaza for shopping and dining. Go to the rooftop at night, you can see the stars so clearly, no light pollution. The pool was great, too. Will definitely stay at the Florence again.

Satisfactory, could be so much nicer
The condo was as advertised. It was simple and yet it could be so much more with some minor additions. The curtains were shower curtains ( they don't block light ) and yet there was no shower curtain or threshold on the bottom of the shower so water just sprayed onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom had room for shelves and possibly a towel holder behind the door and the TP holder was on the front of the vanity so you hit it every time you went in. They could add some hooks and shelves on the walls and there is no door to the bedroom ( perfect location for a sliding barn door ) so one person can't go to bed without kitchen lights shining on them. As mentioned this is a minimalist type of place and it will suffice for most not looking for 5 star amenities but they could easily raise their bar. Propety manager, Tony, was great. The unit worked for us but the potential was part of every discussion that we had with other residents while we were there. That and that the pool was so cold.

5 stars
Tony was supper helpful from the beginning. Condo was clean and neat. Small but big enough for two people to be comfortable. Short 5 minute walk into town but far enough away to have some quiet time at night.
5.0
Nice location
Great location if you want to be easy walking distance from the busy, noisy downtown.
4.0
Close but not too close
Nice property, a short walk to beaches and in town amenities, just far enough away to be nice and quiet. Our unit didn’t have a kitchen only a small fridge and sink. Would have liked a little more in there. A small investment in the kitchen area would improve that. Sayulita doesn’t have great grocery shopping so getting food to prepare isn’t very convenient, be prepared to eat out a lot. Note we stayed in a one bed sleeps three unit. Tony and staff were great. Really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a little cool
