Beautiful and comfortable unit. We loved the elegant, cozy decor and the location. close to downtown. The only negative would be some street noise from Jefferson St. (bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper) and the door to the master bedroom sticking badly. But overall, a great spot that we’d rebook.

Anyone staying at One Elm Place can not go wrong. It was a lovely place with lots of room for 4 adults. It is in close proximity to Downtown and very quiet. Parking is included which was very nice. Other VRBOs in the area do not have that option. We will definitely stay next time we come back to the Noke.

We really enjoyed our time there. It is just a short walk down the hill to all the activities of downtown Roanoke. For two couples it worked our with two king beads and separate bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is the perfect spot for a getaway ladies weekend! The location is key and centralized to everything. The owner is very, very attentive! He was out of the country and still responded to me very quickly! Explored downtown, hiked Mill Star Mountain, scouter around Downtown Roanoke, walked to lunches and dinner - location, location, location! You can't go wrong with staying at this property! Beautifully updated and restored historical apartment in the heart of Roanoke. We walked to everything in town from the apartment. Very good location for anyone considering the Ironman 70.3 Blue Ridge Mountains race. The high ceilings and wonderfully maintained charm of this apartment are outstanding, breakfast on the patio. Beds are very comfortable and linens and towels are high quality. Highly recommend this VRBO for anyone coming to Roanoke!
