ೃ༄ - Each unit has air conditioning, (6) beach cruisers, beach essentials (chairs/umbrella/towels/toys etc), a W/D, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated parking for (1) vehicles, highchair, pack n' play, and toddler friendly plastic dining-ware. Duplex rental comes with (12) beach cruisers & parking for (2) vehicles.

ೃ༄ - Each unit can be rented individually or rent the entire duplex as a whole (as listed here), for groups up to 14 + 2 infants. The duplex is separated into two private spaces with private entrances, the front Unit #1 and back Unit #2 have mirror image layouts and share a common wall in the center. This specific listing is for the entire Duplex. Front patio and BBQ access is available to Unit #1 & entire duplex renters only (access is not available to Unit #2 renters).

Countless restaurants and shops in the PB area and 10 minutes to Seaworld and 20 min to the airport, Zoo, Gas Lamp and scenic La Jolla!

ೃ༄ - We encourage each guest to explore the stunning wetland preserve along Mission Bay, or any of the unparalleled miles of coastal boardwalk along our scenic PB beaches. Plan a picnic at Kate Sessions or a sunset bonfire…any and all of these are truly a ritual and way of life around here, made for cherished memories.
